I took this on as both key fobs we have, have the worn off buttons that you either had to use something to push it or didn't work at all. I started with one took off old key by removing the tiny pin, replaced it on to the new fob. Watched a couple videos to see how to do it. Then took the other key put in ignition turned it, turned it back took out. Then put key on new fob in turn it turned it back took it out. Then put new key fob back in and started car. Programed!! All buttons work and programed. Then I did the other key fob the same way, then using the newly programed key fob to program the next rekeyed to fob. Both work good. No cost in some one cutting the key or programing then. Total cost was about $30 for the two new key fobs. Wish I had realized I could have done this long time ago. Thanks

My 2014 Chevy Cruze key was missing all of the buttons except the alarm button so I really needed a new fob. I was apparently too lazy to pull my keys out of my pocket and just said "that looks like my key" and bought a fob. The fob was really good quality. It did take a lot of work to disassemble the OEM key fob and disassembling it definitely destroys it. The key components swapped over perfectly. I did use a tiny allen wrench to tap out the roll pin that retains the dummy key. It may be difficult for you to find an item small enough to tap this pin out. At the end of the install you have to give the top fob half a rotation to give tension to the spring so that the key flips out properly. This is a bit tricky and takes a few tries. There are great videos on youtube to help out with the swap. I got the new key all back together and finally had lock and unlock buttons again. I was so happy. But then... The next morning I went to preheat my car before I took off and realized I had ordered the wrong key. My original fob had the auto start button and the new one I ordered did not so I no longer had auto start. I ended up buying the correct fob for my car and did the entire swap over again. This product did work good even though it was not correct for my car.

Not a quality product, but it was easy to install. I wish it wouldn't break so fast, paid 20 for the fob + 70 to locksmith and don't have a working keyfob again. Very disappointed at the quality.

I watched several different videos on how to program the key fob, so pbce i got the key cut, it was perfect! Wish I would have done it sooner.

This key fob is perfect and worked well on my car. The problem was trying to find someone to key it for me. Even showing my paperwork ot was difficult to find a locksmith since it didn’t come from a dealer. So just be prepared for that as it was kind of inconvenient and after paying the locksmith it was equivalent to just buying it through dealer without the hassle.
