Bought this for our 17 year old sons bed as his mattress had seen better days. After reading the reviews and comparing to other very similar mattresses, we decided to give this one a go as it had better reviews all round. And I'm so glad we did! It came packaged very well, contained a nice little instruction manual in a glossy card envelope along with a special package opener. It is quite heavy when in the box. No funny smells really as some of these hybrid mattresses have been known to have a bit of a smell to them but we didn't notice one. We left it for the full 72 hours to do its thing before son slept on it for the first time but to be honest we could have got away with leaving it for 24-48 hours. It's firm but has a little bounce to it, very comfortable and in terms of age range, I believe it's suitable for children right up to adults. To put it in to context, our son is almost 18 and is around 11 stone, 5ft 9 and he said its the comfiest mattress ever compared to his thicker more expensive one that he had previously which didn't last long at all. Some say it wouldn't be suitable for anyone heavier than a small child but that is not the case. And at that price, even if it does only last him a couple of years, its money well spent and I'd definitely get him another. Will be buying 2 more at some point in the near future for our teenage and adult daughters.

I’d been searching around for weeks for a decent mattress for our spare room but the reviews were so mixed for every one I looked at that I didn’t know which one to pick!I saw this mattress on offer and the reviews seems pretty good so I decided to take a chance…and I’ve got to say, I’m really impressed by it!I needed a mattress that came rolled up so I could store it away for a couple of weeks before my brother and his partner came to visit.The mattress came very well packaged and vacuum sealed inside a large plastic bag. It was heavier than I expected so make sure you have someone to help you if you struggle with heavy objects!Once unboxed, it was time unleashed from the vacuum sealed bag. It was very cool seeing it come to life and grow in its packaging.It advises to let it settle and fully expand for 72 hours but I foolishly didn’t read the instructions until 24 hours before it was needed. Still, after 24 hours, it felt and looked like it had fully expanded.The feel and look of this mattress is really good quality. I was so impressed! I’ve purchased mattresses in the past for a lot more money and they didn’t feel as good as this one.The thickness of the mattress is amazing, it looked thicker than I was expecting, which is exactly what I wanted.It’s nice and firm and was very comfortable for both my brother and his partner. In fact, my brother said it was really good and comfortable for his back.I’ve had a lie down on it but I haven’t slept in it and it really does feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend this to someone who is after a well made, well priced, firm mattress. I’d purchase another one in a heart beat!On a side note, I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough for my brother and his partner but they both said they had plenty of room!Well made, very comfy (and firm) and a brilliant price! Highly recommended!

Comfortable I really like this. Had this for a while now but came back to rave about the quality, the comfort and style. This is beautiful and it lasts. It’s not too thick yet nowhere near thin. The only thing bad is the transport as it takes long to come

I bought this mattess to replace an 12 year matress memory foam sprung matress that was giving me really bad lower back pain due to its age. I could feel the springs on my old matress and it was not level. New matress arrived quickly and was delivered as per instructions. I could not wait to get rid of my old matress and sleep on this new one on my divan bed, so I didn't leave it to inflate for 48 to 72 hours. I slept on it that night and what a relief it was. The matress has a lovely memory foam topping and feels very supportive and comfy. It is quite firm and hard so I struggled at first to sleep properly. My lower back pain however completely dissapered and once I added a quilted matress topper I was sleeping much better. Its a good solid supportive matress and I feel less achy, more refreshed and rested from using it. It is definitely pain relieving on an older stiffer creeky body.Look no further and buy this matress if like me your old matress is giving you pain.

I bought this based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Its on the firmer side but it was for my son and he seems happy with it. It has a soft memory foam topper integrated into the mattress so is very soft & comfy. Arrived rolled up but instantly regained its shape on opening and no funny smells!

Are previous mattress was lretty much a layer of sponge and killed my back so we decided to switch to something more structured.This is really heavy when it arrives. It has a warning label of 15kg and i would not be surprised if it was close to that. You'll prob need 2 people to carry it in.It is recommended to. Unroll and let it sit for 72 hrs for. It to inflate. We unrolled it and move it to the side of the ned so it sat against the wall for a couple of days. It worked well and inflated fine.this is a one way up mattress but you can easily see which is the soft foam side that should be up and the sprung side that should be down.This mattress is soft and very bouncy. Any movement and the whole bed wobbles. So much so that the 1st night i had a dream i was on a giant inflatable at sea.It is comfortable and supports quite well but i would have preferred stiffer and less jelly like.
