I had high hopes for this. Price point was good for a 30 day supply. Libido is low due to IUD so I gave this a try. Not even a week and I was waking up in the middle of the night with cramps and problems like white poop every time I used the bathroo. Sorry TMI. I continued for about 4 days and each day the same problem. Took 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Stopped taking after going to the doctor and the problems stopped. This pill didn't work for me. Not sure what was in it that caused the problem but I guess it doesn't happen to everyone based on other raving reviews. So give it a try, might work or it can send you to the doctors. On the plus side, it did have a nice minty flavor while being swallowed and my mouth tasted fresh lol
