easy and practical.
I liked this recipe book because it has several very interesting techniques for my taste, the smoking technique is my favorite and I have put it into practice a lot, I use it to make pork ribs and chops and they are great, I also learned to regulate the temperature well necessary for each cut of meat, my family and I are very satisfied.

Sizzling good recipes
While learning about the Traeger grill, I found plenty of vegetarian recipes to grill so I am more confident of getting one soon. Smoker will be used to dress up some veggies. With all the different recipes, it's hard to chose what I like best. But I've learned about the Traeger and am happy.

My goodness the recipes in this book are too good. I feel like I haven't tasted flavor before. Although I have eaten in many public places but it is not the same when you make it at home, it has a different flavor. How divine it is to learn to cook so well guided.

Delicious and easy recipes to prepare. I really like grilling and this book has really good tips to get better at it. Fully recommended.

Perfect cookbook
I canβt believe how perfect this cookbook is. The recipes are the most juicy and easy Iβve made in a long time and It's so reader-friendly that it makes me want to open it up and try a new recipe every day.

Best Traeger Grill!
The recipes are easy to make and very delicious. The directions are easy to follow and are very detailed on how to work the grill based on what the recipe is. There are even Vegetarian recipes and recipes that are great for vegetables.I have cooked a few recipes for my family ever since I bought my grill and smoker and they have loved each one. This is one of my favorite cookbooks because of how easy and informative everything is. I would definitely recommend this book to all my friends and family. Best Bookβ¦

Really good book!
I recently bought a Traeger Grill and smoker and this book made it easy to navigate and get used to my grill. This book provided me with a comprehensive guide on how to work my Grill. Along with the shopping guide is a manual on how to set up, shut down, maintenance it and it also explains the settings on the grill and smoker.I love this book!

Disappointing...
I am really at a loss to understand the numerous rave reviews? If I had paid a magazine price for what is essentially a glorified magazine then fair enough, similarly if I had got it for nothing as part of a Kindle subscription again OK but Β£20! I do not see how around 75 recipes equate to "1000 day of sizzle" and many of the recipes are available via the Traeger app or elsewhere for free. The recipe layout itself is good with a shopping list, directions, time etc all on a single page complete with picture but it appears the recipes have been compiled by more than one individual with no consistent methodology, some recipes don't give actual temperatures whilst others do and all temperatures are in Fahrenheit with no conversion tables for temperature or quantities for that matter. There are a few novel recipes and some useful tips and tricks but much of it looks like it has been cut and pasted from elsewhere. It would have also have been good to see information about the various Traeger models and what functions are available on what models as the recipe instructions seem to relate to some models but not others. Personally I had expected a lot more bang for my buck to coin American phraseology!

Great book!
As a midwesterner through and through, barbecuing is a way of life for us. This book has some sections that I did not even know could be done on a grill/smoker. There is a whole chapter on breakfasts that can be grilled/smoked. That is definitely one area I have not taken advantage of. But, I will definitely try out some breakfast on the smoker. There is also a whole dessert chapter, which is another area I have not done on the smoker/grill. Now I can cook the entire meal start to finish on the grill. I will say, and the reason I took off a star, was that the majority of the vegetable recipes feel like side dishes. Which is fine, but it would be nice to see some vegetarian friendly whole meals to throw in my rotation. However, this is a pretty good book.

To grill meat just right with a pellet grill and without doing the labors of Hercules, this is book you absolutely must buy.With this cookbook you can grill, roast, bake, smoke and braise any food! I have very much enjoyed the new recipes that come to me every month.
