12 Pack Can Lid Covers, Assorted

I got this to protect my cans of soda when I take drinks to work. Sometimes, I can't have the drink with me, and need to place it aside for a while. This gives me the confidence that no little buggies have crawled into my drink, that nothing has fallen into the can, and that it still tastes carbonated. The instructions do tell you that you should wait a few seconds to put the cap on after opening a can of soda, and I did test this theory through my own ignorance. If you don't allow some of the pressure to escape, the carbonation will pop the lid off. Fortunately, I was nearby when it happened, and could quickly rectify it. Overall, it is exactly what I wanted.

They do what they need to do. Seal up cans nicely.They can be a bit difficult to pull off without shaking the can around since their isn't any pressure inside the can, so it just dents in when you apply pressure from the pull tab of the lid and the can itself.But, that's a worthy trade off.I use these mostly for when I make mixed drinks with some canned coffee, I won't use all in one go so I use these to keep it sealed a fresh for a few days.

I love this idea but because most canned drinks are carbonated the pressure builds up and pops the tops off! Great for a laugh but I think they would work better with a small hole for the pressure to escape.

These are the best things! They go on easy & stay on nice & snug! Now I can drink half a soda & save the other half.

Was exactly what I was looking for and does what they were supposed to.

Partly-used cans of cola or other beverages may get knocked over when stored in a refrigerator, and will lose their carbon dioxide if they are carbonated. These Soda Pop Top snap-on caps are water-tight (a can full of water with a cap on can be turned upside down and will not leak) and resistant to shocks (a can full of water can be knocked over and will not leak). A partly-full can of carbonated beverage will lose some carbon dioxide into the open space even when the can is tightly capped, so carbonated soft drinks lose some of their tang whether capped or not. However, I regard the caps as a worthwhile purchase.

Unfortunately, these lids are not secure enough. If you don't remove the pull-tab, the lids sometimes pop off. They also don't prevent leaks if the can is tipped.

Serves the purpose, the juices don't get past it.

These are okay. But they don’t keep the fizz in all that well. If left in the fridge overnight the drinks aren’t entirely flat but no where near a newly opened can. Two days and it is pretty much totally flat

Love the lids! They fit perfectly on soda or beer cans and for someone with arthritis, I don't have to wrestle with them to get them on or off. PERFECT!
