AMAZING
This is a must have book. It offers practical tools and exercises that will always be relevant to the reader. This is a book you can read, re-read and reference. Danielle Massi’s writing style blends kindness, compassion and authenticity sharing her own experiences, expertise, and understanding of what Shadow work is and why it should not be feared. This is refreshing and beautiful. A book not to cause anxiety but to serve as a support and guide to each individual reader. I found this book as a game changer and feel more alive, grounded, and compassionate. I also have tapped into more past life experiences and let me just say this, it has helped me make sense of self sabotaging/destructive, ego driven patterns. I have been aware of some experiences but this is definitely assisting me in going deeper and has brought a new level of awareness and acceptance of my true self. Highly Highly Recommend this book to anyone thinking, fearing, not sure if “u can go there” DO it your Mind/Body & Soul will TY and TY to Danielle Massi for shining her Light into the Shadow.

Wow this was a great book
This book was recommended to me by a person who felt that it was a good thing for me. Man, this is a great book. Easy to read, easy to understand and hard to implement but so very worth it. I am implementing as I am re-reading and I love it. Thanks again and I look forward to becoming the person I came here to be.

A crucial addition to your spiritual library
For fans of Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Michael Singer, make way for a powerfully feminine contribution to modern spirituality. In "Shadow Work," Danielle Massi showcases a comprehensive understanding of psychology and physics, which grounds her exploration of the spiritual realm and quantum reality. The book is remarkably accessible, with stories from the author's own experience and simple exercises to begin delving in to the unconscious genesis of neural pathways that govern our lived experiences. You'll want "Shadow Work" in your library for frequent reference, but don't be surprised if you find yourself ordering a copy for a woman in your life who could benefit from the teachings inside.

Comprehensive and clear guide
The perfect blend of science and soul. Easy to understand. Vulnerable and daring. Full of exercises that are impactful and surprising. One need only fall down the rabbit hole.Danielle Massi is the human form of so many goddesses before her, the head witch you want to learn from, and The Shadow Queen herself. If you’ve been to therapy, self-heal, use any sort of recovery/healing practice, but yearn for community and depth, follow along the Shadow Seeker path. You’re in the right place. You’ll be connected to a whole network of phenomenal women who’ve risen from the ashes. It’s a beautifully dark and deep sisterhood.

New To Shadow Seeking
As someone who is brand new to shadow work and shadow seeking, I found this book very helpful! It was easy to follow and I thought it really broke down shadow work in detail, for the new comers such as myself. I particularly enjoyed the exercises that were sprinkled through out the whole book! I would have bought it for the exercises alone. Definitely a great read and I think anyone looking to connect with themselves and heal past traumas while manifesting a more meaningful life, will enjoy this!

Making shadow work accessible to all!
This book is inspirational, information and easily understandable by the spiritual or the non-spiritual individual. The author is a experienced, licensed psychotherapist knowing how the brain work, including how we can get stuck in our lives whether it's thoughts, patterns, behaviors. This book not only described the science and psychology behind shadow work but also offers practical exercises and a step-by-step process to make shadow work accessible to anyone. The shadow is the unconscious mind, learning and engaging in shadow work is a truly healing and life-altering experience.

Fun and holistic, but not true shadow work.
I have read a few different pieces on shadow work, though, this one does touch down on it, it feels more geared towards tapping in to past lives and less about what shadow work actually is and how to work through it. As much as meditation and that is helpful, it's not the meat and potatoes of truly working through trauma. It's a fun read with cool insights, but I am glad that this isn't the book I reached for when understanding the process of healing with therapy and having shadow work truly transform my life. None the less if you feel that tapping into past lives and stuff of the sort is something that you can do and will use and will help, this book is perfect, but if you're looking for a truly insightful book geared towards healing trauma at its core and in depth, opt for something else.

Wonderful book
I love Carl Gustav Jung, the inventor of the terminus "shadow", and I like Danielle Massi's "Shadow Work"because it helps me to discover the unknown or "forbidden" areas of my consciousness, especially the fears. (N.B. there is a young lady in USA who 2010 bravely defeated her fears and made videos about it... )Enjoy the book and have fun while diving down into the depths of your consciousness!
