I originally gave this product glowing reviews but after a week, the problems began. I purchased four of them when my central air conditioning went out in my home. It turns out one was defective from the beginning, but Amazon accepted that return with no problem. Then one had problems after about two weeks--the steam/mist no longer worked although the it continued to blow air.I immediately re-ordered when the first one proved defective not knowing that the others had problems as well. This order never arrived. The order page said Prime as usual, but after purchasing it noted it would take 6 to 8 weeks. When I saw that I tried to cancel, but could not. To make matters worse, I kept receiving conflicting notices saying things like delivered yesterday and out for delivery on the same notice. In the end, it never arrived.I have since discovered an awesome little fan for a fraction of the cost of the above. It blows cool air that feels almost like an air conditioner--the Aluan Desk Fan available on Amazon for less than $14. I have run this fan 24 hours a day for a month and it still works fine!

I am pleasantly surprised at how much cool air this small fan puts out. It is very easy to use and I love how portable it is. On first set up, it’s a little tricky to add the ice on the bottom and then wiggle the top back on. Adding water is easy from the side tray. Does not take long to charge and the fan will work while plugged in. It is very quiet. I used it starting in the kitchen while cooking in the heat, moved to the sitting area and with a full charge it lasted almost 3 hours. There are three fan and cool settings, I had both set at max. You can see the direct moist air going out about two to three feet. There was a small amount of condensation at the front bottom area, the first time I used it but not the next. Overall we are enjoying this fan. Will be great on the patio or camping on hot days.

I purchased this product to blow directly over my bed when sleeping as I am often hot while sleeping. The reservoir is small and doesn't hold a lot of water or ice cubes which will blow a maximum of 2 hours if you run it on high. It will not cool a room but did put out cold air when positioned to blow directly towards me. However, it isn't practical unless you're prepared to constantly refill it.

It started getting into the 90's where I live. My bedroom is always super hot, even in the winter. It just locks in heat. Ive only use this air conditioner for one night but it definitely made a difference. Right now I have it pointed at me from across my bedroom and I can feel the cool air very strong. Bought a second one today for my kids room. My negative is it basically has to stay plugged in or it dies after an hr or so. Also if its too close to your bed. It will make your bed damp from all the water vapor it spits out. I also had a hard tome finding the charging port on the machine. If people need to know, its on the top, you have to slide something over to expose the port.

This product wasn't the best cooling device, but for my situation it was alright. It stopped working however, as the cooling spray just randomly ended its functionality, leaving the product just a measly low power fan that isn't enough to make any difference outside of 2 feet away from the device. I would highly recommend other products, as I now have to look for another one as well.

Order placed on 11Jun22 product arrived 15Jun22. Great design, wonderful features (battery, water pump auto-shut off if out of water, timer) it worked great and everyone at work loved it. (easy 4+* rating), Even had to fellow office workers order one, however 2 days ago the fan blade for the water pump stopped working 18Jul22 and today 21Jul22 the main fan motor stopped working (average of 6hrs 5 days a week usage, while at work). I have since told my coworkers about it and one of them canceled their order and the other had just got theirs (stated they planned on just returning it). So unfortunately rating went from a 4+ to 1*, sadly.

First of all the product arrived a day earlier than I expected. i was given a delivery date range of 1 to 2 days, but arrived at the earliest date. It came well packaged protected and in perfect condition.I had previously made a “swamp cooler” with a fan and ice chess but decided to buy this unit after looking at reviews and assessing the cost. I’m so happy I did.I use this cooling unit in my back patio. Living in south Texas. It is extremely hot and humid. I bought the unit because we’ve been experiencing record-breaking heat and we love to enjoy an adult beverage or two on the weekends. It is a great size very lightweight charges quickly and works as described. I love the settings options and usually have it run for two hours on medium. In order to boost the air output, I put a box fan behind it on low. It completely does the job of cooling 2-4 people on a hot night.I’m hoping it holds up over time but since I’ve only had it a couple days, I can’t speak to that. I can say that it is a tremendous value for the price works as described and has exceeded my expectations.We’ve been using it outside of the patio and I use the ice water from the ice chest to feed the unit. It is an absolute must when you live in a climate such as South Texas. I am tremendously happy with this purchase so far and if it holds up over time, I definitely plan on purchasing one or two more.

I got this air conditioner for my mom, and she absolutely loved it. It has a timer and charges and cools enough for her to sleep at night. However, it stopped blowing cool air just after a month of use. This would definitely be a five-star review if it continued working. I am unable to contact the seller because Amazon it's outside the return window. I placed this order 06/12/22. Is it possible to get a replacement? Or to mail it in for a repair? Did we get a defective one or is it normal that it breaks so quickly? My mom would really like to continue using this air conditioner. She started using it right away when we received it on July 13 and it stopped working five weeks later. She used it almost every day 2-3 hours in the evening and 1-2 hours early in the morning on either the lowest or middle cooling setting.
