Be aware - read the description carefully, it is only one knee pad. To my disappointment I didn't see that and received only one when I expected 2. Also do not pay any attention to the sizes. I have very thin legs and the Large barely fits me. It will not fit anyone with bigger or muscled legs.

Good product. Not much to say about the item itself.But watch for the number of items. The product title says 1 piece as for nothing to assemble and there is a "s" to pads. So you think it would be sold as a pair.If you check the "Number of items" in the description it says 2. Again it makes you think you buy a pair.BUT this is actually only one item in the pack for one knee only. If you want it for two knees, you need to purchase two, which makes an expensive product.
