Himalaya Holy Basil Supplement, Reduce Cortisol, 720mg, 60 Capsules

I order this regularly. I have tried two other brands, and this is the best for me. I take it morning and nighttime. I find Holy Basil takes the edge off - I feel more even keel throughout the day. Less extreme highs and lows. If you struggle with anxiety, mood swings, concerns, health issues, you should try this. It's a very subtle difference, but I do notice on days when I don't take it. At night it helps reduce the mental noise going on in my head.

I really like this herb, very helpful for adrenal and blood pressure.

I’m a completely different person just a few days taking this. I take it with breakfast in the morning. I no longer emotionally react to things I used to. I have a “let that ish go” attitude which I have been striving for, for very long. A lot has been thrown my way since starting to take this a few days ago. Not to mention I have quite a stressful job which does not feel as much so anymore. Things that normally would make me cry, get angry, and ruin my day...now, I literally laugh it off and dance in the street. (No seriously, I got stood up on a date last night and stayed at the restaurant, ate beautifully, then danced to the live music in the street by myself.) This stuff will change your life. I literally feel lighter like I walk on a cloud everywhere I go. It sounds crazy but you have to take it and you will see. If you want to become a more calm and peaceful person, this is your sign.

After a week of taking this I got my first period in 6 months, I wake up feeling energized and no longer feel like I’m in fight or flight mode constantly. I would wake up in the mornings with my body aching and feeling like I have a pit in my stomach and I’m only 20 years old. Just a few days before I started taking this I was extremely emotional, over eating, not able to focus. These are all some symptoms of hormonal imbalance but they have subsided for the most part.I wanted an alternative to birth control to help me fix these issues and I’m glad I chose this product. I feel good, I wake up earlier than before feeling energized and my stress levels are down. 10/10 would recommend

I tell ALL my friends about this brand. I am so in love with it. Especially during this pandemic, these race wars, and all the tragedy that's been happening in our world, holy basil it a necessity. I love the packaging. I think it's gorgeous and classy. I love the glass amber bottle. And I notice a serious difference when I forget to take it for a few says. I start to feel crazed, anxious, overwhelmed. When I'm taking this holy basil, my body knows how to manage stress and anxiety differently. I feel good and sane on it. I seriously don't know what I'd do without it. I've been a full time student during this time and this holy basil has helped me keep my head on straight. Seriously, this is the stuff to have. I'll never go back to not taking this holy basil, now that I've found it. Thank you so much, Himalaya, for creating such a beautiful and functional product. I just love it.

Giving this 3-stars because the product itself was of expected quality! I love the Himalayan brand. That being said, I was switching from Ashwaganda to Holy Basil, as I had read/heard Holy Basil was better for helping with anxiety/depression and regulating cortisol. Well, it had the absolute opposite effect for me! I have literally been in a state of fight-or-flight since I began taking it a little over a week ago. I was waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing, and the moment I woke up in the morning I was instantly feeling panicked and stressed. Switched back to my Ashwaganda last night, and I already have 100% relief. All that to say, this isn’t for everyone! Listen to your body and don’t be afraid to try something else <3
