I got this for my boyfriend who gets bad headaches from time to time. He really likes it and says it really does help. He leaves it in the fridge or freezer for a while before putting it on. Its more comfortable than an icepack and stays cool longer than a wet rag. It also hugs your head like a massage and blocks out the light. It's very well made and reasonably priced.

Initially I thought this was weird but gave it a try anyways. I am so glad I did! I did put it in the freezer at first despite reading the reviews suggesting not to. I mean how cold could it really get when I use ice cubes and ice packs all the time? OMG! It gave me brain freeze! Couldn’t stand it, it was that cold! Now I put it in the refrigerator during the day and keep it on my nightstand at night so it’s there if I need it. It has helped my headaches but has helped me sleep too! I have been suffering from insomnia and when I put this on (usually near morning when it starts getting light out) and I am guaranteed at least a couple hours of good, sound sleep. (Bonus it goes around eyes so helps the dark circles & eyebags too! 😆) It is not constricting and the hole at the top allows for my pony tail. It is long enough to cover the base of my skull which is where my migraines typically begin but not my neck. I’s easy to lift the eye-mask part up if you need to see something like your alarm clock too since you will be shocked you were finally able to sleep a bit!

Overall this was a great product. I bought one for my daughter that struggles with headaches and another for myself as I have been sick with mono and needing to get extra sleep during day time hours.It’s very comfortable, feels high quality, is easy to get/keep cold, and blocks out all the light. My only complaint is that while I fall asleep with it on my head, I wake up to find that it’s fallen off by morning. I’m not sure when or how that happens, but it doesn’t stay on for the whole night.Now that I bought a couple, everyone else in the family wants one too! From an eye germs perspective, we don’t want to share.

I have only tried this cold so far. It didn't really "freeze" like an ice pack usually does. It did stayed cold for about 20 min. This interesting hat has a pony tail slot, which was very handy because I have a tremendous amount of hair. It has a satisfying squeeze around the cranium, and the material it is made from is super fun to squish. Well worth the purchase just to play with.

I freaking love this thing. I have chronic migraines and this is a game changer. It brings me relief. Even if it’s short lived, it seriously helps. It gets very cold. With my sensitive skin I do have to take it off after a couple min and put back on or wait a few min after I take it out of the freezer but if you don’t have sensitive skin no worries. Truly though I love this product

I want to start out by saying that I have a pretty large head and this thing fits me fine! I also have very long, thick hair. There is a place to pull your hair through at the top, which is amazing. This cap is very soft, cushiony, comfortable, and applies just the right amount of pressure when you use it. When you first put it on, you will feel a bit of "Brain freeze" on your forehead, but I have a tip: take a small kitchen tea towel and fold it into a square/rectangle and place it under the forehead area of the cap. You only need to do this for a few minutes and then you can remove it. The pressure is so comforting to you when you have a headache without being too much. I am going to order another so that I can have another ready to go when the cold wears off on the one I'm wearing. I am thrilled with this purchase! I get barometric pressure and sinus pressure headaches and this is amazing and comforting! So glad I tried it and I highly recommend. No need to pay more for the same thing as this! This was a great deal - the original one I saw on Facebook was twice the price, so I'm glad I shopped around and chose this one. Don't hesitate and order 2!!

I like this however, if you put it in the freezer, it freezes your head & your eyeballs, and the coldness goes away in about 20 minutes. if you put it in the refrigerator the coldness goes away within 10 minutes. regardless, I still use it, and it helps for the short amount of time that I have it on

Tengo toda mi vida padeciendo de migrañas, he probado varias cosas, pero este producto se volvio mi favorito e indispensable.Me gusta que presiona la cabeza pero sobre todo, ejerce un poco de presion mas suave sobre los ojos, que ahi es donde a mi en ocasiones me afecta mas la migraña.Tiene un peso adecuado por el gel que agrada cuando te lo colocas, ademas al tapar lo ojos, te quedas dormido en segundos y eso tambien ayuda a que pase el dolor, lo unico negativo que puedo decir es que despues de un rato mis orejas al estar presionadas, me duelen un poquito, pero no creo que a todos les afecte.En resumen, por el precio creo que todos deberiamos de tener por lo menos dos siempre para esos dias de migraña.

I’ve suffer with chronic migraines for close to 12 years now. Meds don’t help, but i constantly found myself using an ice pack. I heard about these on tiktok and decided to give it a shot. For the price, it was worth it. I got the size M which fits perfectly. I wish the nose spot was a little longer but works ok. Comfortable and super squishy, and was cold enough to use in about an hour! The cold lasted for about 2h-2.5. I can say it defiantly worked in reducing my pain! Easy to use too and freezes fast! Size m will fit most people!10/10! Highly suggest for those suffering with chronic migraines!!

Comfort when tired and relief in discomfort. I like using another gel pack on the back of the head and the relaxation is just the best
