Having used HUE for some time, I recently switched to Innr (value and quality equally the same), and the I saw these had launched 👏👏 Firstly Innr outdoor product offer a strong difference to HUE and these are a lovely edition and as with other Innr products, they worked seamlessly with the HUE I do have set up. Secondly, these offer huge value and really transformed my patio area (lots of lovely feedback from friends), having now looked at the rest of the innr solutions for outdoor, I’ll be getting some spots very soon given the value compared to like for like brands! Super pleased and so is my wife 🤟🤟

These are certainly a significant step up from other plug-in outside lights. We like them.Inside the main box you get three globes and three smaller boxes. There’s a mains adapter along with waterproof in-line control box and instructions in one of the smaller boxes, linking cables in a second and ground spikes, should you want them, in a third. I’ll attach a scan of the instructions, in case it helps with your decision making. Dimensions are shown in one of the imagesThe mains adapter is probably too bulky to fit in most external sockets. See photo. I use one of those big waterproof boxes, fixed to the wall by the socket, with a short extension lead from the socket to a 4-way in the box. These lights then plug into the 4-way.The lights are certainly bright and look very smart, but I haven’t been able to try wireless operation. I only have an Echo Show and Echo Dot for remote control, and no bridge to use with them. I plan to fix that and come back to this review in due course, but am on holiday for the next three weeks.The set is expensive, currently £169.99. I can’t yet say whether it’s worth that much, but hope to find out next month.

Having had Philips HUE in my house I recently started to purchase Innr (purely value being way better and quality equal and it worked seamlessly on my HUE platform)! This time upgrading my garden lighting, I was really pleased to find these globes by innr, they are very different to anything I’ve seen and as always, I have set them up and they are working via HUE platform/APP as if they were HUE! Amazing!! I’ll post pictures up soon when the entire reworks been complete 👍👍

Very keen to try these, smart looking and well made. However, I just couldn't get them to work with philips hue. Also not very happy with the outdoor plug, if you have an outdoor waterproof electric point then this plug is too big and wouldn't allow for the lid to be closed. Such a shame as the concept is good, the actual ball is big and would if I could get them to work look attractive and give off lots of light. For me only 1 star.

These on arrival looked promising as they come with the promise they are phillips hue compatible which is the main system I use in the house for the lights. I have the most up to date hue bridge and it works well so I thought there would not be problems with this given all of that.However only after initialising them on first power up did they work with hue. After that they showed as unreachable both when controlling them from my phone in and out of the house.So they are not compatible with phillips hue.The next issue I had was being garden lights, they will be used outside, and yet the plug is non standard and bigger than a standard plug, so won't allow the waterproof garden socket box to close. And this chunky section could have been incorporated into the box half way along the cable which instead is merely a junction box and is not robust looking.Finally the lamps come with foot long rubber loops which are neither adjustable nor removable despite the fact the lamps have a choice of hanging or being on the ground using the lawn spikes. So you have to choose forever to use as ground use and cut the rubber off or if later when using for hanging will have to come up with something you supply yourself. If you use them initially to hang then they cannot be adjusted and have to hang the whole length.This kit is not cheap and could have been much, much better designed and built.The lights are a lovely big size and look nice when lit but thats the best I can say. All the rest is a disappointment as it is not designed as a garden lighting system needs to be nor is it phillips compatible.I have got around the lack of hue compatibility by using an extension, a wifi plug and a watertight electrical box. I cannot use the colour changing bit of them but at least I can time them to go on at sunset and off before bedtime using the wifi plugs app.

I was weary about these as i only have HUE system but my wife wanted a pendulum look and so given they were compatible i gave them ago! Absolute delight to install and work easily in my HUE app! One happy wife and a lovely space (pictures attach)

These are lovely. They look really nice at night when lit up. A little pricey for what they are but I like them. Was easy enough to set up and control using Alexa
