"28 Days to a Healthier You" is fantastic. It is a small (only in size) book chock full of practical daily prompts to take any person from feeling stuck in a rut of "I can't"s or "someday"s into an actionable plan that will have them moving in the direction of their optimum health. With advice (and the education to back it up!) on everything from moving more to macros, Suzi Fevens finds a way to interject humour and science-and still take account for "real life"-into this 28 day plan. I can see people returning to this book again and again to remind themselves of their own power over their health. You might not be able to do everything, but everyone can certainly do *something* to positively impact their health. Right now. Today. "28 Days to a Healthier You" serves as a daily reminder of this fact.

Great info, easy to apply
I love the simplicity of the daily challenges. The information is laid out in a way that’s fun and easy to digest (pun intended). I think this is a great book for adults, and would serve well for teens/adolescents also.
