Q: If i was to have them on my for long time will it damage the wall?

It just depends on the method you use to put them up and what kind of walls you will be adhering them to. In my case our walls are painted. First I tried double stick tape. I noticed when I went to reposition a few of the pics the double stick tape was peeling the paint off so I ended up swapping it out with poster putty and that worked fine and no more paint peeled off. It was more time consuming because I used a small amount in all four corners of each pic, but they've held up well. Hope this long answer was helpful lol.

Q: does it say flame resistant/fire retardant on its label tag?

No this is not flame or fire resistant. It is made of thick cardstock and it is fade resistant. Pictures are clear and beautiful.
