This is a great way to transport rounds in your range bag. It can be locked and kept separate from your gun(s) in a car in keeping with even the most stringent state laws on transporting guns and ammunition on the way to and from the range. I bought it in the “blaze orange” color for ease of visibility. It stores around a hundred rounds in a neat way that makes loading magazines a snap.

The only way to store ammo in my opinion the extremely tough locking case is hard to beat at its pricy outstanding product highly recommended and definitely gonna buy more.

this case holds 100 freedom seeds of the 5.56 variety perfectly. The first time filling the case the foam is a little extra tight however after repeated use the rounds fit with the perfect amount of snugness. I will continue to do business with Evergreen.

I purchased this to test it out. I received the product in a timely manner and looked it over. First impression is that the plastic case feels cheap as does the locking device and keys. The box does what it says, you can put 100 loose rounds of ammo in it into the pre-cut holes to keep your ammo from moving around. You can lock it with the keys provided and it does appear to have a pressure release, this I have not tested.Past that, being a veteran of the military, prior/retired LE and a firearms instructor. I don't see a real need for this. If you are going to store or transport ammo, even locked up, you can keep it in a magazine or keep it in the original boxes and put that into an ammo can. In a magazine it's easier to use as pulling each round out of this foam is not as easy as you would think.If your intent is to only keep 100 rounds of ammo and that's all, then it's a nice looking box to keep things in. Otherwise, you can purchase a set of MTM cases for approximately the same price and be able to store much more ammo safely and locked up (using your own lock). Plus you get 4 boxes and a tray.Now, if you are living in an area that requires you to limit the amount of ammo you have, keep your ammo locked up, separate from a magazine and your firearm, then this might work. But there are cheaper and easier ways to store ammo.If you are a person that does precision reloading and want to keep your different loads in different containers, this could work, but it would be a little bit more expensive than what I would choose.Again, very nice if you an organizational type of person, it does what it says and looks pretty, but I could not recommend this to anyone of my friends or students. I also will not be getting any more of them myself.I have not been paid for this review by anyone. I spent my own money on this item and am not sponsored by anyone at all.
