I ordered this on July 8th and I was so excited when it came in. I started to assemble it and noticed a bar was hanging. When I went to touch it, it completely fell off. The whole thing was useless without that bar. I ordered a replacement which was delivered today (7/15) and it looks like I got the exact same product that I returned. Ridiculous! Both times the item was defective. Customer service was very nice about it and very apologetic for the inconvenience. She will refund my money once I return the product. Do not buy this! I was willing to let the first incident go because things happen but the second time I’m not so forgiving.

This Broke in the first week of use. I purchased weeks before I needed it in preparation for my new job. The weld on item was defective & to return I need original shipping box, to disassemble, and to bring to a kohls store by July 23. I wasn’t planning on it breaking so I didn’t keep the box. I wasn’t even home. I was also not available before July 23 due date to return. $60 is a lot for a defective item and bad welding.

I plan to update with a photo maybe tomorrow, I just had to come and review this before I forget. This thing is so sturdy and looks so much better in person than I expected it to. The drawer glides open smoothly, doesn't get snagged or stuck. The only thing I regret is not ordering two of them or knowing about it before so I could gift it to friends. I'm a homeschooling mom and It's a MUST for my desk. I ordered it along with a small matching organizer from the same brand for pens, pencils, staples, paper clips etc. This brand is great quality. Don't hesitate! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I bought two organizers for my desk. The other organizer I bought was cheaper than this one by more than $10 and it was made wayyyyyy better.First impressions taking it out of the box was how poorly made it looked. The more I opened it up the worse it got. It is VERY lightly spray painted and several spots either did not have enough paint or were missing the paint all together. It looks like it was a molded construction because there were small chunks of metal that were stuck to it that shouldn't have been there, which came off too easily by scratching it. It would not sit straight so it wobbled. I thought maybe once I put the rubber feet on it would help but it did not. The drawer that it comes with kept getting stuck in the front so I had to hold the whole thing so I didn't pull it in order to open the drawer. DON'T BUY. VERY CHEAPLY MADE.

This is a nice desk organizer. The one issue I have is the bottom drawer does not open and close easily. I have to hold the top to pull it out since it is wedged in and stuck. I have to do the same to push it all the way in. It is quite annoying, but maybe it's just mine that does this. Another thing to note is that there is no back behind the slots you can put papers in, so I do find that on occasion when I put papers in too strongly, they just keep going and end up on the floor behind the shelf.
