I have enjoyed this project over the last couple of weeks. It has helped me to get rid of stress and anxiety. Taking this supplement daily helps take the edge off and makes it easier to feel relaxed. It is definitely worth trying in my opinion.

The tablets are so much easier to take & having 3 combined ingredients in 1 tablet works out great. We shall see on my next bone density test how truly helpful this regiment has been. Thanks!

Ashwagandha with Calcium makes a HUGE difference. While we move I can take this and it lowers my anxiety, I feel more relaxed and I sleep better. This was a great find!!

Very helpful - Helps you sleep without making you drowsy, AND has normalized my underactive thyroid without medication. Warning: not to be used in conjunction with thyroid medication! It will change the way it works.

ZEROHARM Holistic Calcium and Ashwagandha Tablets are not that useful. Over expensive. Better to use Multivitamin rather than this one. Quantity of ingredients is very low.
