Vitamin K2 Menatetrenone Mk-4

Have had no problems with this brand. Seems to contain a good quantity of K2 MK4. I hope the K2 is doing what it is supposed to do. So far it seems fine.

It's great and very expensive but work great to maintain your health. The service was very disappointed it. Never on time. I order today it's mean today and you're saying today but it end up the next day with another items just to save the time. Please when you say today it's mean today i will so appreciate it alot instead of angry.

Recently had to get some tests due to the doctors banging their heads as to why my heart rate elevated to 128 after a vaccination and would not go down for a week. At 64 years old they ran a camera on my arm to check my veins and vessels in my heart and I am no saint. I like bacon I like butter I put cream in my coffee I eat some snacks almost every night and apparently I have the heart of a 19 year old. Very minimum calcium buildup and restrictions in my heart vessels. Been supplementing myself with this MK4 this brand this dosage that was the only dosage that was actually studied with results and true testing. Can it's action scavenge stray calcium deposits back out of your bloodstream that have built up due to the lack of the actions that are supposed to occur naturally in this modern world i do not know, I am not a scientist. But I did slip from the edge of a high seat and land right on a wood floor right straight on my butt I swear I could hear it crack and don't forget I'm 64 and x-ray could not find anything but what they think may have been maybe a hairline hairline crack that they couldn't even be sure without lots of more intensive imaging but no break of my hip on my bone on my butt on my tailbone in a couple of weeks the medium to mild throbbing in pain from landing on the bone healed right up and is gone. My bones still very rocket and strong from using the supplement at 64 years of age I can't say for sure I am not a scientist. But no serious bone fracture from a very high forefoot from the ground right straight down no feet from butt on seat the butt on wood floor crash. I have read the research papers on MK4 they are available the actual research is available. I believe in penmanship. I have never felt ready to take more than one a day of these tablets the study to dosage in research was three of these a day not this brand but this vitamin. I had originally planned starting with one make sure there's no ill effects no nausea no this know that careful steady slow watchful and careful but have continued to just take the one and like others have said every morning when I wake up no gummy plaque all around my teeth. Stop taking this for 2 days wake up with a mouthful of plaque all around your teeth.

I had my dad using it. Taking three a day for 45mg. Dissolved arthritis in his back and shoulders. No BS. You have to get a certain amount in your system to start seeing results, but once you do it works. Tarter dissapears off your teeth. If taking 45mg, it allows you to take high dose of D3 and direct the calcium to the bones and teeth where it belongs. Also, this is a much pure K2 than the competitors we've tried. I learned a lessons about fillers when I received my first order. The 15,000 mcg capsule is smaller than competitor's 100 mcg.

Started taking this a few years ago during a horrendous bout of plantar fasciitis. After about 6 months it was completely gone , and has never returned. I changed other things too, so can't be sure the K2 was responsible. My wife recently started taking it for nasty problems with pump bump. If that disappears, we'll be totally convinced - the doc says surgery is the only thing that will do that (and he says it often comes back anyway.) I did a lot of research before buying this brand. It looks to me to be the best out there. The manufacture is completely open about what's in them and what their sources are. Their testing is available if you ask for it. They even answer the loony questions people ask (I'd be tearing my hair out, if I had any.) On top of that, their price per mg is hard to beat, the caps are small and easy to swallow, and you don't have to take a zillion of them to get the therapeutic dose. UPDATE: My wife's pump bump is no longer debilitating. Like me, she has changed other things that could affect the problem, so we can't know how much the K2 contributed, but it has been an amazing change.
