First night using last night on my 2 year old bubba. She slept 9.5 hours after usually waking twice a night most nights (still full time breastfed)

Wind-down trick
Trying to get my energetic kids to settle their minds and stop running around the house when my shift schedule is flipped upside down is always an uphill battle. Slapping one of these onto their skin before reading a bedtime story helps ease them into a relaxed state naturally. They drift off to sleep without a fight, and they wake up for school the next morning looking completely refreshed.

Really helped my daughter drift off to sleep
I will admit that I was very sceptical when I ordered these, but I was willing to give anything a try for my 10 year old who really struggles to drift off to sleep. She will usually take a long time to drift off, regardless of how tired she is, but with these stickers she is usually asleep within 15 minutes! She enjoys the smell of them, she says she feels relaxed and calm and they stop her thoughts from racing like they usually do. They smell beautiful, not overwhelming at all which can be an issue with some aroma therapy, especially if your little one is sensitive to smells. Will definitely buy again!

This really works but it doesn’t sick on well I even try sticking it on her clothes but still falls off. It needs to be like a bandage type of sticker.

It didn’t work - used at my toddler and has not made any difference.
