Q: Can I use this product for cleaning fry pen?

no it is for the oven and stove top

Q: Will this work with toaster ovens? I have read that these types of cleaners will damage the aluminum side walls.

You should probably not use this on a toaster over it is still hard chemicals for removeing burnt on backed on muck :Use a Homemade Cleaner Create your own cleaning solution for the interior of the toaster oven by combining vinegar, warm water, and a little dish soap. “Apply that to the interior with a damp sponge,” Fisher says, “but try not to get any of the liquid on the heating elements.”

Q: Will this remove oil marks on concrete?Without damage or discoloring?

I found this product to be almost useless. It was not effective as a degreaser on my grill so I wouldn’t hold out hope it would work in this case. Not knowing the specifics, i.e., stamped, colored, sealed, painted concrete it’s hard to say for certain what might work best.

Q: Is this safe to use on a stainless steel range hood? Won't discolor the finish?

If my experience on my stainless steel grill is any indication you having nothing to worry about. This cleaner did nothing, absolutely nothing. I resorted to using purple degreaser to clean my grill which actually worked.
