E26 to E26 Light Base Extender Socket Adapter Converter for LED Light Bulb Lamp, 6-Pack

The plastic insert with the two contacts is not aligned correctly to the two pins on the outside metal shell. The bayonet should be OFFSET about 5-10 degrees so that when the adapter is rotated into the socket the contacts will line up correctly. As it is the contacts miss the pins in the existing bayonet socket and no light. I can make it work by just turning it enough to hold in place, fortunately.The bulbs have an oval shaped contact that allows for this rotation. The circular contacts need the offset.The materials are decent enough quality - too bad the manufacturer did not set up the assembly properly. Clearly they had not used or tested it with an actual socket.

I had two amazing lamps from the UK when we lived there, which have been travelling around with me since then. I was super excited to read some of the reviews mentioning that this adapter can solve my UK to USA conversion problem and indeed it did..The lamps work beautifully now without me having to look around for B22 bulbs (that I couldn't find anywhere with the required voltage for USA). I am super happy with this product.

I bought this item to take to India. This serves as an adaptor to some 220v LED bulbs bought from US. It works as it is intended. Great value for the price. Will buy again.

Poor quality plastic. Metal part inside was not properly aligned for one andOne was broken.

Does the job, doesn't add too much height to the bulb. Sturdy enough that I don't think they'll break unless twisted with a heavy hand. Glad to have fully lit bulbs in my British lamps again!

I purchased this item thinking it was a light bulb.

I bought these to extend bulb sockets for recessed lighting. It's been working great for the past few weeks now. I joined 2 and attached an LED bulb at the end to provide more length.

After researching through, this was the best amazon deal I found for these converters. Looking at the low cost I was initially sceptical about the quality. But it's been almost two months now. And I have used three of them with no problems whatsoever so far. The lights fit perfectly well and does what's expected out of it.

Ca now use bulbs that were bought before lamps were changed
