I haven't actually used this product. I received it yesterday and am returning today. It seems very firm. Not sure if it's supposed to feel like that because I have never had wrist support before. The main reason I am returning it is because the blue logos on the mouse pad are all smudged and it makes it look very cheap. Besides that every time you touch it it keeps getting worse

Thought about returning it after I bought it, The logo was smeared which made it look kinda junky right off the bat. Keyboard support is good but the mouse pad is almost too firm. Wrist seems to flair up more with the use of the product than without it.

The wrist pad had a very powerful obnoxious odor that sticks to your hand and you have to use soap to wash it off. The pad is also narrow in width and is not enough for the average user. I would NOT recommend this product.
