It stoped working after almost a year it’s a junk product

Unreliable connection. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. If not, requires you to disconnect device and start over. Even though it says it works with multiple phones, switching between them is unreliable. Most importantly, I could not find a way to turn the device off so I could use car based system, without disconnecting. Disconnecting the device negates the whole purpose of it. Definitely not "set and forget."

my 2020 elantra, I deleted the bluetooth connection from my phone to my car and vise versa in the car's menu this device still struggles to connect, when it does it work no issues so far but by the way I set it up there is no reason for it to struggle at connecting that is the only annoying part

I cannot use this product. First time I installed it, it worked ok. Either something happened after several days or maybe I didn't use it hard enough to notice the problems. The three problems that I have:1. It has a delay that makes using navigation system almost impossible: I can easily miss a turn because it reports that I need to turn in 700m while I really should turn right now and there will be no more turn in 700m2. It reboots every 5 minutes while I drive.3. Often music stops playing for a second or two then resumes (I suppose this problem is the outcome of the problem #1).I don't experience any of these problems when I use wired connection to my phone. I tried to put my phone as closer to the device as possible but it doesn't solve any of the mentioned problems.I had to order a device from another company, I stopped using this one, it is just impossible to use.
