The threads all seem properly formed.
The title of the product could lead some people to think these are just for "tripod monopod ball head" use. They are simply thread adapters (or "converters") and good for more general purposes.

The 1/4 to 3/8 adapters are not tapered like they are in the product images, making them unusable as an adapter for many applications where they need to be flush with the surface.
