Q: What's the volume in the bowls in ounces?

There are two sizes small is 14-16 ounces that came with set. Larger I had to order separate hold 24 oz

Hi Miss Ma. Thank you for your interest in this set. All Elama Dinnerware comes with a 1 Year replacement warranty. There are steps to take to qualify your purchase by leaving a review and submit an onsite form to register the product. Directions can be found in each box.

Q: Do these plates have wide rims on them or are they like really flat bowls where they just ease up to the lip? I hope that made sense.

They are flat and just ease up on to the lip. The bowls and mugs are also nice a deep. I love this set!

Q: How do you order extra plates?
