They say it is rated to 140 PSI. Unfortunately, at least on a Presta valve stem, you'd be lucky to get half of that pressure before the awkward hose unseats from your stem and bleeds the air from your tire while you furiously work the pump in a futile attempt to get to a satisfactory pressure level. This pump may be an adequate secondary or portable pump for mountain bikes taking 40-65 PSI and with Schrader valves instead of finicky Presta valves, but don't trust this product with road bikes requiring >100 PSI and a stable mounting onto a Presta valve stem--don't even trust it as a backup.

This pump is excellent for those that want a lightweight pump with a hose and quick clamp and allows easy pumping with one end on the ground. Otron makes a more compact two-hand pump, but I bought this one for a customer who needed an easy on/off pump that works similar to a full size shop pump. I tested it while installing a new tube on the bike shown and about 60-70 strokes gave full pressure. It's important to keep the pump vertical for best results. I tested it with the Schrader valve tube. The instructions on the packaging show how to reverse the components for Presta valves. The mounting bracket holds the pump securely with a rubber strap. This pump is well made, lightweight, and easy to use. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes this type of design. I'd like to test the Otron hand pump in the future. It also looks like a good option for those who like a more compact design.

WOW what a tire pump. That's all I can say. We had a bike parade, and this pumped it up for several of the bikes. THANKS TO THIS light weight tire pump, my hand did not get tired!AWESOME PRODUCT. FAIR PRICING. THANKS A LOT

Too weak to air up tire properly but I suppose if thats all you had and it was an emergency it might be ok. Head is not very good and made of plastic. Was hard to get a good fit on the tube valve.

Bought it for my bike. The first time i used it, the air wont stay in the tire and always goes back to the pump. I figure it' s a valve issue. Sure enough, the valve in the pump broke in half. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, i missed my return deadline by three days and have to toss it away now.

Seems good and study built. I like the fact the hose’s 1” long tip can be unscrewed from the hose for ease of connection to the tire. This avoid the need to turn the whole air pump.

I like this pump -- it's good to have something with you in case of emergencies. Fits out of the way...

Pump works well but is larger than some and has to be positioned carefully in its bracket to avoid being touched by the pedals.

This OTRON pump is a very nicely made pump. The extra quality is obvious in the machining and finish details. It works well too. You hold it on the ground with your foot, and pump with one or two hands. I prefer this style of mini pump over mini hand pumps because they are much less tiring and don't yank the valve stem.

nice bike pump, although to me it is not clear how it's used on presta valves. I personally use an adapter. i would advice you to get a presta adapter (3$max) if you have a presta valve.

Great mini powerful pocket pump, absolutely no air leaks, very portative, all metal, solid, easy, quick and rapid to use without too much effort...It took me lot of research on internet before i found those pumps, I love them both, great for the prices !
