The M&P 380 EZ is an afterthought
The holster appears to be well made… this is only a partial review, since we only received the holster yesterday… but first impressions are this… the holster doesn’t fit the M&P SHIELD 380 EZ. The weapon is slightly smaller than the structure, the leather was formed around. It’s apparent the retention system was supposed to be the leather indentation at the trigger guard. With the M&P 380, that indentation does NOT match the guard… the pressure from the leather at the wrong point will definitely remove the blueing on the side of the guard…

The paddle is flimsy at the top bend below thr angle adjustment screws.

Does not Secure Firearm
The look of the holster is nice and I really wanted to like it as leather has a character all its own. Bought one for my off duty Sig P238 and it has zero retention. The holster should, at a minimum, retain the firearm when you cant the holster. Firearm easily slides out. If you were to fall, your firearm would go sliding out with ease. Best case scenario is embarrassment. Worst case scenario is you've handed the firearm to someone else...Look elsewhere as this holster is simply going into my "dammit, wasted my money drawer".

Almost happy
Love the look and I like the feel. But my holster where the paddle fits inside your jeans it started unraveling so now the paddle is about to fall off. If the thread would stay together I would be very happy with it.

Beautifully made, this is the real thing
I like the fact that the materiel is the real thing and you can brake it in over a short period time. My problem is only that I can’t conceal my 380 shield it sticks out to far. On other accessions I will se it until I can find something OSW tighter to my hip
