The phone microphone is really easy to set up and use. I bought it for recording my social media videos as I can use my selfie stick to record and even though it's far away from my face my voice is still recorded clearly as the mic is pinned to my coat. Would recommend if you are looking for a phone mic.

Used this microphone with Surface Pro tablet to record several about 2 hours long sessions. I am very satisfied with the recorded sound quality: clear voice, no background noise. The connection between the receiver and the microphone is always quickly established.

The quality of the sound is not at all bad considering the price. I wanted a small wireless mic for social media recordings as I'm not always near my phone when taking video, and I font always want to speak really loudly. This allows me to be further from my phone and to speak quieter, and therefore be more inconspicuous if I'm recording a video with sound for my social media accounts. I like that it's wireless, and it's more or less plug and play. I find it's not a perfect fit into the USB port hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, based on quantity for price, I would have given it 5 stars.

Decent quality for the price. Should come with a cover to filter out breathing noises/wind but not hard to sort. Very easy to setup and use

Compact and straightforward to use

I record myself playing guitar mostly to receive feedback from my teacher. I bought this item to improve the quality of sound on the smartphone videos. At first I didn't notice any difference, but then I got the idea of sticking the microphone close to the sound hole (rather like a pickup) and found a huge improvement. So now very pleased with the purchase.

It’s very small, and the sound quality is pretty good, you just have to have it up a bit louder. It’s robust from what I can tell in the field quality is reasonable for a plastic item.The main problem that I have with this and it could be a conflict between Microsoft and the software that runs the microphone. I am constantly fighting with the default settings to use the microphone and have speakers separate, when you turn it on your computer usually finds the microphone source and asks if you want to switch. When using Discord however it doesn’t always switch to the microphone but tries to keep feeding through my headphones microphone. In the end it stopped registering at all regardless of which USB port I put it in.I will probably try again as it’s nice not to have the headphones on all the time whilst gaming
