Q: I bought one of these but in windy days it keeps firing constantly. can you keep it locked on the disk but with the alarm sound off?tks X

I think the alarm sensitivity is unqualified, even weak wind can trigger the alarm, and it will automatically alarm in the middle of the night. I don't like it very much. After removing the battery, there will be no automatic alarm, but there is no anti-theft effect at all. I don't recommend buying it.

Q: This lock has stopped wirking after a 1 week of use，what happened？

After I used it for 1 week, it suddenly stopped working. I found that the battery is exhausted, and I plan to replace it with a new battery according to the instructions, but the screw is broken, which is too bad. I suspect that the anti-corrosion effect of the lock body is too poor and completely unqualified. I have returned the product.

I bought this disc brake lock last week and it worked pretty well. But a month later, the situation became very bad. Just last Saturday night, when a breeze blew outside, the alarm system became very sensitive and the alarm sounded....... I use the key to open the lock and stop the alarm. I locked it again, and something strange happened. The lock would automatically set off the alarm, and I felt a headache. After a while, it returned to normal. But something that made me angry happened. At night, the disc brake lock automatically alarmed again... This time the alarm sounded far more than 110dB, which caused complaints from my neighbors...... But when I made lock was unlocked again, the key with the round hole was stuck in it......Can't unlock My wife is very angry and has returned the product. The quality of the product is seriously defective and it is not worth buying.

Q: Is the round hole key good for unlocking?

Problem unlocking today after a week of use. I've turned this key on 10 times in a row and it still won't open, and now the disc brake lock is out of order, has been calling the police on my motorcycle, causing complaints from neighbors, and I'm very disappointed about it. I am very dissatisfied with the keys of this product and do not recommend buying it.
