Very easy to set up, i was able to connect it with a different app that i use with several other items in my home and it worked just fine. I like the time and pressure settings and it comes with a little sticky pad to attach it where i needed it to go!

The bot will operate if you push the button but it won't link to Bluetooth and won't link to wifi with the bridge. The manual is a joke and the Tuya Smart ap and the SmartLife app are both garbage. None of then show the bot and using the generic wifi item on the list won't work. The secure hot spot won't work and the so therfore the device can't be used other than by pushing a button to push another button. It's useless and there is no customer service or phone number to call for help. I'll be sending it back. It was a great idea but very poor executed, if you can even call it that. The only way I can describe it is simply GARBAGE. I'm a disabled veteran and I really need the device or one like it to push the button on a medical device I use (withheld for privacy) but this isn't it. If Fingerbot wants to contact me and reach out and make it right I'd revise the poor rating but as I see it the device doesn't work and should be avoided at all costs. You will be sending this back to Amazon if you buy it. The ap says it is adding device and will take 60 seconds. I left that screen open for 3 hours and it did nothing.

Simple, EFFECTIVE, easy to install! The receiver in my garage door system stopped working, called a couple places and they quoted me $800 for a new box. which wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. for a year,. I was hitting the button from inside and running out underneath the door! my son-in-law looked this up and installed it for me in minutes! Works perfect! I can’t believe I waited

Purchased this in addition to the wifi gateway to push the reset button on our Beckett oil furnace as a temporary remedy. Was a bit worried that it wasn't going to be up to the task but it is easily able to push down the switch.The only caveat is the responsiveness of the app. The switch is never available the first time you attempt to connect to it, whether I go through the wifi gateway or use Bluetooth. This is understandable for a long lasting device, going into a semisleep mode to conserve battery, but it makes it neigh unusable as a method of triggering your light switch. It will be quicker to go and flick the switch yourself. However, if you want to stay cozy in bed and not go down to your basement in the middle of winter to reset your furnace at 2am, this is definitely an excellent purchase.

Loved using this product with my air conditioner in the summer! Can turn on the AC before I even get home! I bought 2, but was disappointed that one broke within a year.

I paired the hub with the button pusher for my computer at work. My work computer kept getting shut off. And every time I would have to drive 20 minutes just to push a button to turn it back on. Now, if my computer is shut off and I need to work remotely, I can connect to the button pusher (which is Bluetooth only) through the hub using wifi!! The hub was very easy to set up and connect to the button pusher! The hardest part was trying to remember the WiFi password! These two devices have been a life saver!!!! I'm so glad I broke down and finally bought them!! I've been bragging about the hub and button pusher since I set them up!!

Great item - it has a timer I can set for my window fan at night to turn up on high or turn off love it

This was bought as a Christmas present for the "family household" so we can turn on a light when we are away from home. I never did get to try the product because setting it up is not clear. The instructions come in a font size of about 1 (had put my cheaters on). I scanned the QR code to install the software that was going to connect and control the Fingerbot. It's an app called "Moes". Makes sense. I create an account and the next step is to pair. Great. I open up the unit, take the "pull" tab out from the battery, and push the button so that the button blinks. The app doesn't find anything. My bluetooth is on. OK, now what. Oh, there's an option to manually pair the unit. Great. I scroll through every single Moes option and Fingerbot is not one of them. So I cannot pair automatically and I cannot pair manually. Off to the internet to find a solution. Most videos, reviews, etc that I find don't actually tell you what app they are using. There were a few sites, including the main one for Fingerbot that tells you to connect to a completely different app and the unit even has a different manufacturer (I can only assume the product or company was sold to another company, or the company itself changed names). I try the new app only to find it is talking about a bunch of wifi stuff. This unit isn't supposed to use wifi - only Bluetooth. Oh, that's ok, it's not connecting anyway. An hour on Christmas day wasted trying to get this thing connected when most electronic products these days take 5 seconds to connect and install. Shrug of the shoulders - returning to amazon. All it takes are clear instructions which there are none for this product.
