I have been using the triple bristle battery powered model for years. It's been written than changing the batteries is difficult to impossible. The final time I tried it, the cover wouldn't close and the toothbrush stopped working. I decided to splurge on this most expensive model. I like it because it doesn't need a stand on my vanity. It holds a charge for weeks and is portable.I found that the smailler bristles fit my teeth perfectly, covering the whole tooth and not the gums, too. It has a better, hard to define, pulse that the larger head. My teeth feel almost dentist clean.

I’ve used the original Triple Bristle for years and loved it, but was looking for something without a bulky base for traveling. The charging port on this is easy with just a small cord to pack along. The brush design has been improved too and is more powerful. The new head took a couple tries to get used to vs the old, but now I’ve got the hang of it I like it better. I feel like it hugs the teeth a little better and it’s even easier to get good gum line contact. My teeth are looking great and feel so clean all around. Love this brush!

After using a Triple Bristle toothbrush for 3 years, I don't have anymore cavities and my dentist says "whatever you're doing with your teeth care, keep doing it". I upgraded to the Max a year ago and love that it's USB C and can hold a charge for a month. Makes traveling with it a breeze.I can't recommend this toothbrush enough. It really will take your oral hygiene to a whole new level.

This is a great product. I’ll buy it again if my current one ever dies. Having a three sided toothbrush is an interesting change, it does take a couple weeks to get used to, but you’ll never go back once you do.

There is no base, which is not very useful and even though it shows a wall adapter comes with it, it doesn’t. This is an inconvenient design and I only ordered it because the replacement heads for the other model came apart in my mouth while brushing. I love the triple head design, but the quality is bad.

The media could not be loaded. This is an expensive toothbrush to last only 8 months. It will not charge and is just dead. While it worked it was great and I had the older model 5 years hence the 2 stars. When I reached out to triple bristle about this new one regarding the one year warranty is not honored for purchases through amazon fyi

Welp, I had it for 6 mths but it was just ok.I had the original white one with a larger head for many years. I tried this one as I liked how it was smaller and sleek. I thought this new one would at least be the equivalent RE quality, but it's just not. It's also a bit delicate. I was cool with that too bc I'm a petite woman. But, the head is small and weak. I broke one head just trying to replace the old one. Like, it just snapped smh. How is this supposed to be for travel?There's really no point in going into further detail or complaints bc it doesn't matter anyore. The toothbrush stopped charging the other day, after just 6 mths! So, I'm using it as a regular toothbrush bc I bought all these replacement heads and can't return them. Once I get over this, I'm going back to the original chunky one that lasts.My advice: stick with the original
