My female cousin considers me to be her mentor so she called me up and stated that she is having some female issues with vaginal discharge and nervous if she had caught some infection from her boyfriend. To cut long story short I advised her to see a Doctor immediately and they run blood work and other fluid tests and they all came back negative. The Doctor informed her it's a yeast infection and prescribed some medication.So I read up on yeast infection and some of the causes includes poor eating habits and sugary food. I asked her about her eating habits and oh boy! It was horrific! Also the medication the Doctor prescribed did not work.So I told her that I purchased a very effective Dr. Schulz's Intestinal Formula #1 product from Amazon that I use whenever I eat poorly and it cleanses my entire stomach without any side effects.I told her she can start with a cleansing first of her bowel and then move on to a more healthy diet. She agreed and came over to my how and I gave her two servings. 1 pill for the first day, and if that doesn't work I gave her 2 more pills to try the next day.So I called her the next day and asked her if she went to the bathroom and she stated that she went only one time with just a little poop! Now I know this pill works! So I told her to take the 2 pills in the evening with hot water so it will dissolve effectively.She called my the next day and stated that she literally was going to the bathroom every 2 hours and the feces was about 4 inches high and 4 inches wide! LOL! She did not have any cramps during this process.So I told her to stop by the next day and I gave her 1 more serving of 2 pills. She called me by the end of the week and said, THE YEAST INFECTION IS GONE! She is now a firm believer in this product and about to buy formula #1 for her.That's all folks!

I haven’t changed my diet much at all, though do not eat unhealthy to begin with. (On the keto diet, but heavy with veggies and light on the dairy.) I do want to say that I have struggled with constipation my whole life. I am writing this review after only have been taking it a few days.Formula 1 is a very gently laxative, and calling it that is a bit of a stretch. I only take 2 capsules a day, and followed instructions with only adding the powder when I go at least once a day. Before starting the cleanse I would go maybe every other day- yikes. It does help me to stay regular, but I would say 2 capsules brought me up to once a day.I then decided it was time for Formula 2. When I opened it up it seriously looks gross. There was no way I was going to drink it mixed in juice!!! So instead I put a teaspoon in a big banana berry smoothie and did not taste it. I only had a teaspoon once daily- just started the powder yesterday and didn’t have any today as I’m still going and cramping.One thing I noticed after that, is today I went to the bathroom probably 10 times! I have noticed some cramping after starting the powder. Normally I have bowels with nerves of steel. But since I have the luxury of working from home, this was ok with me as I could physically take it easy.Bottom line, as someone who just wants to ‘go’ most of the time and can’t, this seriously is incredible as I’m actually being cleaned out! Finally! Without going into too much detail, trust me in that you really are cleaning out your bowels. It’s not just making you go. The cramps kind of suck, but well worth the benefits! This is an intestinal cleanse, it’s not going to be pretty! I do love this product, and it should last me a while as I’m not taking the entire recommended dose. Just start small, then don’t be afraid to build up your dose if nothing is happening. But do it slowly!

Who doesn't feel a little "backed up" from time to time? After reading the mostly positive reviews, I decided to try the 5-day Dr. Schulze's colon cleanse. It took a few days to "dial in" the correct dose of the Formula #1 tablets. I ended up with 2 each evening. They basically took the place of Metamucil. Then, on a Monday, I dove in to the Formula #2 powder. Five times every day I mixed a heaping teaspoon with some water and fruit juice and swigged it down. It is quite difficult as the powder does not mix - AT ALL. You really have to shake it up in a protein shaker and try to chug it as fast as possible. Inevitably, you will only get about half of the powder down and you will have to refill with a bit of water, swirl it a around and chug down the grey, dirt-tasting powder with a few chunky flaxseeds in there for good measure. It doesn't taste good but it's over soon enough.The problem for me though wasn't the taste. I followed the plan TO THE LETTER for five days as prescribed. I noticed a slight different is, um, bowel movements but not much. It was a bit more uncomfortable but no big deal. At the end of five days though, I didn't feel any different and, honestly, five days of double-dose Metamucil would have been A LOT easier and probably had the same effect. The idea that somehow the bentonite clay and flaxseeds, etc. are going to scrape out your colon seemed far-fetched to me but I gave it a try after reading the review. Alas, it was disappointing. I endured 5 days of disgusting drinks for naught.

I suffer severe constipation on its own but now it's worse with the meds I'm taking.( I had no desire to know what birth felt like.) Pain like that.😱.... This stuff is the ONLY thing that has gotten and kept things moving. I started with the whole colon cleanse and have kept up with the pills. Fiber supplements don't work for me. Just makes it worse. When they starting working there may be some gut discomfort, or you'll know when you gotta go. I only drink water so this stuff works real well.Tired of painful pregnant go's. Bloated food babies. Take Dr. Schultz colon cleans, make a water baby and get your life back instead if feeling like your giving life.
