This product was purchased for a new 1/2 bath in our house. I purchased well ahead of construction and was excited to put in it the new room. It was installed by a licensed plumber who helped with the construction of the room and it leaked as soon as the water was turned on. The water flow from the spout was very messy. It just was an overall disappointment and poorly made product.

The media could not be loaded.  We recently remodeled our bathroom using these. They look great but the square part is loose from the base. They cannot be tightened anymore. We have silver ones from another company that are similar that do not have this issue. Overall they look nice for the price.

When the product arrived I was very eager to install it. I’ve been remodeling after moving into a 120 year old farmhouse. I first noticed that I had a to order a new baseplate for it since this was a single hole and my sink was a triple hole. After receiving this I was going to install it and realized that I could not install it because the hole in the vanity top was too small to accommodate this. Even though I was not able to fully install it it seems like a pretty quality product. The way that the water lines hook up and the way it installs to vanity top seems very simple. If your sink can accommodate the wider mount I would definitely recommend it.

bought two of these six months go and just had them installed, one of them was fine but the other was leaking up by the handle so I had the plumber uninstalled it so I could return it. Friho wants pictures of the problem. I have no pictures, I was not going to leave a leaky faucet installed.
