I got a sample first and my piggies wasn't interested and I left for a week in their cage and also fedding his previous brand hay and after that I seen more interesting in this hay and now they loved is his favorite

Super disappointed. Small Pet Select SOOOO much better. I can't believe I spent $60 on this. I have 2 Holland Lops and they won't go near it. It's dry, brittle and hard. Was in a pinch so tried something new. Never again. I will stick to my tried and true. Just crossings my sensitive one won't get GI stasis as I wait for my other delivery. I never write reviews but this one I had to share. Sorry to the brand...I am sure you are trying to put out good product but a fail on the batch I got.

I prefer feeding with these to loose hay as they are easy to set up and make less mess. My piggies seem to love them and enjoy chewing the cardboard after they finish the hay.

There is a lot of hay! I love that it is packed in boxes which are easy to hang and I don’t have go mess with the hay itself because I have bad allergies. I use think the price is extremely high. I don’t know that I would purchase again because of the hay. I can buy organic hay bales for my goats for $5 a piece so this seems very expensive to me for a Guinea pig although the quality is nice and the convenience is fabulous.

This hay is fresh and tightly packed. Because it’s so tightly packed in the individual boxes, it feels like you get a lot. It’s adorable seeing the animal stick their little faces in it and make holes. It doesn’t fall out too easily and it’s not as messy as loose hay. The cardboard surprisingly enough hasn’t been chewed and has held up beautifully. These can be hung, propped up, or laid down. The hay is fresh and the quality is superior. My animals have preferred this to the last brand of hay I tried from my local pet store. I would buy this again for its convenience and quality. It’s really long lasting and I haven’t needed to refill hay daily like I usually do.

This sis the worst hay. Our piggie wouldn’t even come near it and he normally gets super excited about hay. It looks like shredded paper, not hay. It makes the pet store stuff look like gourmet. So disappointed.

The smell is amazing...as if I cut it fresh!Guinea pig approved!Update: so, initially our guinea pigs were nibbling but over the course of 3 days they've eaten very little. We usually but Oxford Timothy hay and they gobble it down. Not sure what is different about this hay that they aren't liking. But the packaging is impressive and the hay smells fresh! Best of luck
