At first I didn’t realize it worked. I drank a cup here and there, but maybe didn’t pay attention to the effects that much. But one day I sipped a cup at night and the next day I realized I could only eat half of what I usually eat. Since then I’ve been sipping a cup last thing at night, and consistently notice that I can’t eat so much the next day. It has a toasty flavor and only gets a tiny hint of bitterness if you leave the tea bag in there for a long time (which I do).

The tea is ok , seems to be helping a little bit. I have it at night, so I don’t have any thing else to eat, which is good.

I'm personally not a fan of this tea at all. I prefer cinnamon tea, green tea, Chai, or any black tea. However while I personally don't like this very much, It's true to It's name and does taste like bitter melon, so I can't fault It for tasting like It should.I don't think I can drink this without sugar; when evaluating a new tea, I try to drink It three ways. Black with no additives, with some sugar, and with some sugar and milk. I tried It with sugar and with sugar and milk. Personally I don't care for milk tea and this Is no exception; though I do kind of enjoy this tea with some sugar. It's a strange combination mixing something so sweet, with something so bitter.Overall, I personally think this tea Is only tolerable with plenty of sugar. Otherwise I don't care for the bitter taste, and think It's an acquired taste for people who enjoy bitter drinks or foods.

it doesn't taste n feel like the burdock root tea i know. flavor is far from the one i used to drink(homemade). and whatever it is it's stimulating pretty sharp when i drank this tea. i don't like their tea back(not good for you) i recommend using french press instead of their tea back. it's not returnable. i don't remember seeing their return policy when i bought it. money wasted
