good value, gets the job done
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. The product is small (fits into a shoe box), but is big enough to get the job done. The size does not impact the effectiveness much (it does affect the bead layout but for home use it is adequate). This is perfect for my in home preschool program.

Tiny little mini versions. Perfect for small environments.
These are actually adorably small. I'm starting an in-home montessori school and these are perfect. Easy to store, quality is still good even if not Montessori Services or Bruins quality. Boards are smooth so no splintering. Pretty good option if you need to save space. They do not come with the beads however.

Satisfied for the price, but definitely room for improvement.
Boards arrived slightly curved and I have not had any success using weights to straighten them out. They are smaller than typical, but perfect for our homeschool classroom. The wood color was not consistent. Still, it seemed strong enough to last through several children and it does the job it was intended for.Satisfied for the price, but definitely room for improvement.

Very well made! I do not have one complaint! This is so great while teaching those two digit numbers. It's such a useful hands on piece!

Smaller than expected
These boards serve the purpose but are much smaller (narrower and shorter) than the Nienhuis brand. They are made from a very light wood and would not be tough enough for heavy use. However they are made well and for my class of ten they are adequate for now, being very affordable. I think they would be fine for home schooling.I gave it a 3 because I feel that the material is flimsy and requires careful handling. The items arrived well packaged and were shipped quickly.

Great for home use
Great for home use. It's a smaller version but that makes it easier to store. If it were for a Montessori school I'd buy the full version with box but this is great for home use
