Arrived as described. Everything included, unopened. I watched a video to guide me through the process. Everything went fine. Reassembled everything, powered on, everything turned on and worked. Good product so far.Notes: Keep your screws organized. They are super tiny.Be mindful of how the ribbons are laid. Especially the ones at the top. Nothing major though.Could be a little cheaper.UPDATE----A week later it stopped working. I took it off and replaced it with the old, cracked screen, which worked fine, ok..then put the one Urepair send me and then....NOTHING. They sold me a defective product and now will not respond to my request to send me a new one. Bad product, bad service. Find an amazon seller who stands behind what they sell. This might as well have been a scam. Super frustrated.

It worked beautifully. Kept fingerprint recognition and brought my 6 plus back to life after an accident that ruined the lcd screen. A word of warning though. I am very experienced with electronics repair. It went fairly quickly and I was able to follow the video guide but the nature of the iphone makes this a challenging task. If you are up for a challenge and carefully keep track of small screws as you remove them things should work out. If you are not handy don't try this yourself.

Do not buy this replacement if you are used to Apple quality picture and performance. Look for an OEM quality replacement. You can get them for similar price.On this screen, the color reproduction is abysmal even when compared to my cheap PC monitor. The low refresh rate was also instantly noticeable. Things get blurry fast when scrolling or swiping. Touch accuracy/sensitivity is also poor. I find myself making several typos when trying to text at my normal speed, and items on the screen get tapped as I'm trying to scroll past them. In addition, there was already a small chip in the center of the screen (not visible under normal conditions, but still there nonetheless).Other than the screen, the tools and accessories that came with it were poor quality as well. The plastic tools chipped/bent, the screwdrivers stripped my screws, the wet wipe was dried out, and the screen protector is already lifting around its entire edge after 1 day.I would not recommend this to anyone even if they are looking for a cheap fix.

First off, the seller was great. Quick transaction and shipping.Now the product. I usually dont write product reviews, but I had to here.First, This replacement screen kit is no where near the quality of the original display. The tapered edges are not the same geometry as the original screen and creates a lip on the edge of the display where the OEM screen would be completely smooth and contoured with the profile of the phone on the iphone 7. The LCD it'self if lower quality on reproducing colors, no matter the brightness. The biggest complaint is a slow refresh rate creating ghosting when swiping a screen. this LCD reminds me of the same display characteristics of an iphone 3.Second, the tools that come in the kit appear to be quality, but are very much junk. Third "y" screw i was loosening and the tool tip broke and stripped off the screw, forcing my to spend $50 on a new screw kit and a complete set of quality tools, not to mention I had to activate a temporary phone while waiting for all of those parts to arrive. I've replaced over 10 iphone screens on older models, and this kit by far was the lowest quality that i've used, quite disappointed. I'll stick with OEM and just get AppleCare next time instead of putting a cheap knock off screen on my phone.

Purchased this screen for my iPhone 7 and it's one of the highest quality screens I've ever received. Pretty difficult to install so if you've never done it before I wouldn't recommend attempting it. The colors aren't the same as the original but you can't expect a 3rd party screen to be perfect. Force touch and Touch ID work, although force touch seems to be a little sensitive/under-sensitive in some areas.

I don't typically leave item reviews, however my experience with this product and its seller motivated me. Process of screen replacement was straightforward enough, however there's not documentation within the box, and the website only has a link to a YouTube video - no easily-found .pdf as advertised for this specific product at least, can't speak for other models.Once the screen was installed I was pretty disappointed with the screen quality. I wasn't expecting retina display levels of screen vibrancy, however I was surprised with how washed out and faded the screen color and vibrancy were, as well as the color temperature of the screen which seemed to be extremely cool. After a few moments of this lacking screen quality, the screen went black though the phone was still on. This pattern continued, where at random and increasing levels, the screen would work for a little while, then when I would wake up the phone and screen would be powered, yet I was only left with a black screen and unable to use my phone.I thought this may have had something to do with the screen installation, so I removed the screen again to check the connections. With almost 0 pressure applied by the supplied guitar picks to loosen the screen from the phone, the screen cracked in multiple places. Frustrated, I called the urepair phone number provided in the package as well as on their website. I tried calling multiple times, and the result was the same. The phone rings incessantly, nobody answers, and there's no ability to leave a message. So far, email has not been effective in receiving a response either.I bought this phone based on the relatively positive reviews, as well as the price premium and guarantee of support that gave me a false sense of security in trying to do this myself. Though the installation made me confident that it isn't a hard process (only tedious) to tackle if you're comfortable with electronics, the defective screen- as well as the utter absence of any support of their faulty product- left me with a phone more unusable than when I just had a shattered, functional screen.

Le tout était très bien et les infos en ligne aidaient bcp. Cependant suite au changement de l’écran j’ai eu plusieurs problèmes avec mon téléphone. En magasin on m’a dit que j’ai probablement brisé une petite languette qui sont très fragiles lors du changement. Donc bon produit mais soyez prudent et délicat dans le changement de votre vitre.
