Works!!!!
It takes 20 to 30 seconds for it to send an alert to your phone that it has detected water.

Privacy
Users agreement is too long and not comfortable with privacy policy. Going to return. Also there is a charge for a couple of notifications options.

Does NOT work with Google Assistant
In this day and age false advertising should be called out. The product works as intended however I purchased this specific sensor because it shows “Works with Google Assistant” right there on the image’s advertising. Much like another brand I have this sensor has NO ability to integrate with the Google Assistant nor does it populate on my Google Home app with Smart Life properly linked. This is just sad.

No audible sound or if the unit as implied.
There is no audible sound from the device as implied. It's claiming audible sound but it is the phone and app that makes the sound not the device itself.

Not good
Switched batteries and other alternatives never could get it to connect even laying on top of router, it's in file 13 now

No audible alarm
It says it has a loud 85db audible alarm. This does not. It works fine with the app and Alexa but wanted to be notified by the unit as well.

Defective alarm
The device's audible alarm does not go off when water touches the sensor. Notification on the app work great but I would still like to have a fully working sensor.

I can only get them to work if the unit is near the router. I have one on each floor. Top, main, and basement.

Payed for the 1year message alert,never received any alerts but then again unit was unable to stay connected to wifi, did not work for me at all.
