Excellent product, highly recommend it
If I could give this 10 stars for excellence, I would. Our awnings were continually covered with mold and algae in the spring after a long winter and were horribly tedious to clean. Last year we cleaned them thoroughly in the spring and applied 303 Fabric Guard in the early fall. This spring, they appeared brand new and needed no cleaning! It is an amazingly effective product and well worth the competitive price. It was very easy to apply and dries perfectly clear on the Sumbrella awning fabric. A must have for maintaining awnings.

Broken bottle contents unusable
The bottle top broke off and spilt contents, no way to use and apply it. A shame they know this but still sending faulty product out
