UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and offered another unit, since the first had issues. I've used the new speaker for two rounds and have not experienced the issues I had with my first order. I really do like the speaker, especially for rounds of golf. I’ve tried all the suggested “fixes” indicated in the listing but no luck. It happens even when the phone is right next to the speaker - not a Bluetooth issue for me. I had planned on purchasing a second one to pair with this one but I won’t at this point.I don’t see a way to contact the vendor, so I think I may be out of luck on this one. Two stars because when it works, it’s great!

This is the 2nd one I've purchased. The first I left on the cart and it was not returned. The first worked great ,never an issue. The 2nd just stops playing, all the time. Is there a customer service number to call. I don't see one on the website nor did i keep the packaging.******************** update ************************************I was pleasantly surprised that the manufacturer contacted me after the review to express their concern that I was having issues. They sent me a new one, that is currently charging, and I will be trying it out this weekend on the golf course. Thanks for the great customer support.They did say they had some QC issues that have been resolved so hopefully all is well now. Again, the speaker is great. The magnet is much stronger. The sound and the volume are better than the name brand golf speaker that I first bought, that later died. Also, the price is much better.The one thing that should comfort to those on the fence, is that the company stands behind their products and will correct any problems that may arise

I tried several different magnetic speakers for using on a golf cart. I wanted a brand that would sync two speakers together, were durable, weather proof, and sounded good. I chose these over Klein, Rok-form and Dprofy. The Klein were to clunky in size for my liking as far as fitting in my golf bag and onto my Bag Boy push cart. The Dprofy weren't very durable and the sound wasn't good enough for me. The cover came off right away because the glue that held one of the magnets came free and stuck to the golf cart with the speaker cover in between. I'm no audiophile but I do prefer my music a bit louder since my hearing isn't perfect, but I cant stand distortion. I do believe that the Rok-Form has better quality sound at the high end than these, but I would not play them that loud on the golf course. I found these speakers more than suitable for sound, durability, and easier to sync than the Rok's . Since they were cheaper I went with them. They also came with great mounts that fit very well on my Bag Boy push cart. The bottle opener is a nice perk as well. I use these speakers all the time on a golf cart or a push cart and I'm very happy with them. My only draw back is that it is hard to see the indicator LED's in the sun. I just make sure that I sync them and pair them inside before I Tee off on the first hole.

Took a chance buying this over a some other better known brands. Used it all season and its an awesome speaker. Sure its not as good as a bose but it sounds great and has extra bass when needed that sounds good. It has never fallen off because the magnet is really strong. I have gone 3 rounds before charging but never have it maxed out but still have it pretty loud. One buddy has a Rockform and I think this one sounds better. Another friend has a bluetee and this one is pretty comparable but this one is easier to put away in the golf bag and travel with. I have seen some reviews saying it disconnects but that has not been an issue for me. Gonna buy another one for next season for stereo sound and piss off the grumpy old guys at the course.

After only a couple of uses the speaker has begun to power itself off after exactly 5 minutes. I reached out to the seller and got no response. Speaker sounds good when it works, but it's useless when it constantly shuts off.UPDATE: After posting this review the seller contacted me and refunded the purchase cost quickly. Increased star rating due to this.

Fantastic customer service!!I’m seeing from other reviews that it’s both hard to find a contact for customer support, and that they will respond directly to reviews. I’m hoping that’s the case.I’m having the same issue as many. It just shuts off after about 10 min with no explanation. I bought it in the summer but only used it for golf and just recently got out for the first time with it. I thought maybe I didn’t have it charged, but after trying it fully charged at home I realized it was just turning off. Now that I’ve seen others with this issue I understand. Hoping I can get a reply here and a replacement? Thank you.
