First let me say - the concept, the pill organizer, the fact the pods are removable, that they stay in place when you want them to, the ease in putting in the monthly pills - ALL GREAT, FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE. However, the reason why the rating is so low is that the gray "pods" are opaque, so you cannot tell if you have taken your meds or not. The blue one is fine and great - but I wanted a set of 2 different colors. A few years ago I had ordered a set of 2, one was green and one yellow (easily distinguishing night and day meds) I thought these would do the trick, but I hate that I cannot see my meds. For some reason, this company either sends 2 of the same color with DAY and NIGHT written in very small letters on the bottom corner. That doesn't help senior citizens who can't see well in the first place. I wish they would maybe use some common sense and make the daytime one orange or yellow (the sun) and the blue one for night. I have 2 sets (one 2 of the same color and one the blue and gray) that will never be used. I am still using the set I bought years ago - the only problem is their numbers have worn off and sharpie doesn't stick very well.

I just received my order and I opened the envelope only to find that I've received one organizer instead of two as advertised. I actually like the organizer, the pods look like they're a great helpful size to be able to pop out and put in my pocket or bag so I can take my morning meds at the right time without worrying about fishing them out of my pocket or something. I'm honestly disappointed. This is plain false advertising to show that you buy two organizers but only get one. Returning, the refund can't come soon enough.

I use these every day, no exceptions. Overall they're convenient and do their job but i have a few dislikes that may be deal breakers for others.The individual tubs are very easily removed from the white tray - that's great for pill taking time but makes the whole unit difficult to move around without accidentally popping a tub or two out.When all lined up in the tray the tubs are close together and with all the lids open they can be tricky to fill, especially if dexterity is an issue.Overall they're okay but I'm definitely on the lookout for something better.

The layout is confusing as heck. It has 31 spaces but the rows have 8 places. You'd think it would be layed out like a calendar. It would be nice if there were 5 complete rows of spaces and in 7 columns so you can lay out the days of the month in calendar form. The pill boxes are sturdy as is the tray but I find the lids a little difficult to pop open. I usually will just open it once and take my first pill, then set it in the tray with the lid open so I can easily access the pills I take after breakfast. I'm not even geriatric nor do I have arthritis in my fingers and these are my struggles. I can't imagine how frustrating this product would be for folks with more limitations. Seems like the company missed the mark on their target audience with the overall design of it. I do like that I can put the little box in my pocket and take it on the road!
