The product oozes quality and I have no hesitation in commending it to prospective buyers. I chose it over a mechanical movement cat where the disturbing sound of motors could be heard clearly in a quiet environment.The story:My wife has Alzheimer disease and is in care. She prefers to spends many hours in her room, alone.I thought an artificial pet cat might give her pleasure and decided the Chongker looked best. Over a short period, I asked some questions of the Company and the helpful and patient response in good English was always there by the next morning. I have never before encountered such excellent service from a Chinese manufacturer and was seriously impressed.Confidence established, I ordered the Ragdoll cat in lying position, which was delivered far sooner than anticipated in a very strong box. Inside that box was an attractive inner box with ribbon “handles” and inside was the most beautiful artificial cat. It had the sweet face of the illustration and its fur was lovely to stroke. Even its tail was realistic. I was really impressed with this little beauty and looked forward to my wife’s reaction.When she opened the box and I lifted out the cat, she cuddled it immediately. It was clear she was completely taken with it. On subsequent visits, she spends much time petting it and speaking very quietly to it. The cat has already made a difference to her life and others who have seen it are seriously impressed with it.This is so beautifully realistic that I’m going to buy one for myself to have on my lap whilst watching TV or listening to music. Well worth a six star rating.

After looking around for a artist/company to make my younger cats into plush cat selfies, so thrilled and relieved at the quality of both lily and Brian, they are amazing, this company is amazing, they reply fast very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, and the tracking is fantastic too, I was able to keep watch on their long journey, the carry boxes with the brushes too what a fabulous touch and what makes them extra special, you do have to wait, but I wouldn’t want something like them to be rushed, they both arrived much earlier than estimated 🥰 lily has two Brian’s to annoy her now hahaThank you so much, would definitely recommend them

I miss my little soul mate and wanted something to make me smile, and I'm so glad I made this purchase. The process was easy and the customer service was perfect and friendly. I was in love from the moment I saw the finished pics but wow, when it arrived and I gave it a good brush, it's absolutely amazing and beyond my expecations! I keep taking a double take, and haven't stopped smiling. I took the weighted option and am glad I did, it feels nice. I'm pleased with the size and proportions too, the big paws are cute and can be tucked under, as well as the tail being able to be wrapped against the body. Best money I've ever spent! Xx

.This pretty little cat has arrived and is just lovely. It comes with a special comb so you can while away the hours combing it when you get tired of stroking it. By the way, the fur looks and feels very pleasant, but is nonetheless fake, so no need to worry that a real animal has been sacrificed to give you this toy.Very attractive indeed, and lovely to see the actual signatures of the craftsmen who made it for me.It took only 9 days to be hand-made to order, packed, flown half-way round the world and delivered to the Hermes-Evri warehouse delivery depot.Then took another 19 days for good old Hermes-Evri to get it to me. But the company in China was very helpful and encouraging throughout. 0/5 for Hermes-Evri, and 5/5 for Chonker.Thank you so much!

I bought this for my Mum who has dementia and is in a care home. She loves cats, and I read that patients get comfort from such " toys". I ordered the black and white one. It came beautifully gift boxed with it's own comb. I think she will love it....I certainly do! Lovely quality.

Absolutely love this gorgeous cat. It’s extremely well made and lifelike. Makes me smile every time I look at it. Also came well packaged and in a lovely presentation box and a comb. Purchased this for an elderly friend who wasn't able to have a cat in her retirement home. This was an absolutely perfect alternative. Very high quality, looks beautiful, and made with synthetic materials. Just can't say enough good things about it. Well worth the money.
