Don't go by the name of the company and 1 year warranty being promised since you won't be able to get a hold of them for any issues. The bad strated showing wrinkles all along the edges after 1 month of use. Amazon didn't take it back after a month and simply asked me to connect with the seller to reclaim the warranty but I could not find their number anywhere on internet. An authentic brand would have taken some measures for the customers to contact them but I guess they are not what they claim to be

Within a couple of days, the long shoulder straps has caused lifting of thread from its fixing point. So have to remove shoulder straps as it may cause more damage to the bag. Better to choose from a local market at this price.

It is good in appearance but the quality of this bag is very poor, do not buy at all, its condition has deteriorated only in 1 month.

Shoulder handle came off while i was walking on platform to board the train and bag fell down.I was lucky that it didnt fell while i was on board or else.

Great product used three month till now quality is good customer services also good asked for issues with to solve about the product .price also reasonable.go for it. Only issue with bag belt ,having some spots on it .

Its a 4days review: The bag has good fit and finish with good touch feel of leather. More over its made up of 100% cruel free vegan leather.And this model has multi utility pockets more than other brand. Essential to protect the outer texture from dust. Chains lock are also of good quality

I had purchased this product in 2019 and then again in 2022 i had purchased 2 bags back to back...The quality of product is really amazing..also the size of bag is very comfortable and easy to carry....Honestly Loved this product a lotttt❤

Product arrived earlier than expected date. Good PU leather quality. Multiple compartments. Would have given five stars but there is small issue with the shoulder strap which is not properly stitched at the length adjustable site. It is loosened even before I could adjust the length.
