A perfect blending of flavors!
Delicious. Absolutely delicious! Not at all hot or spicy, but a mingling of flavors that are just out of this world. I love thai food but even if you don't, you should try this. I buy Kevin's meal with this sauce at Publix and it comes with enough chicken for two or three meals. This packet contains more sauce than comes in the dinners.

Delicious! I could eat this for every meal. Just add chicken and serve over rice. It's so good.

Addictive!
Wonderful taste but quite sweet so one star off for that. Easy peasy....shred some rotisserie chicken into the sauce, add some chopped bok choy or kale, make some rice and dinner's done. But....the package is small....I adde d some Maya Kaimal Masala sauce (8 oz probably) to Kevin's and there was a nice amount of sauce (and then it was less sweet) for hubby who likes to wallow in sauce. Kevin's is lightly spicey...even okay for me who's sensitive to spicey food. The only other Kevin's product we've had is the Korean BBQ beef dinner in sauce and that was very, very sweet.

Lacking in flavor
I wanted this curry to have more of a punch to it but wasn’t impressed. It was ok at the time because it added variety to my usual meal prep rotation but I would not buy it again or make it a regular in the rotation because it seemed a little bit… watery. Apparently coconut + lime + $6 = watery?
