Salmon arrived in a substantial package with packed ice. The flavor and quality of the fish is high. There is no skin on the filets. I pan sear them in oil butter, salt and pepper. I like my salmon medium rare so I remove them from the pan after 4 minutes on each side. I will order again

First of all I have to say the packaging was just fantastic! I was impressed from that minute and hoping the fish would be good. Almost no smell to it. I'm so sick of getting fish at the fish market that smells bad! This was perfect! The pieces were thick and meaty & they cooked up beautifully. One of the best pieces of salmon I've ever had! I don't know if ocean farming is a lot different than regular fish farming. I don't know enough about it but all I can say is this fish tastes and smells fantastic!

Warning⚠️, while I was defrozing the salmon the package was full of colorant. I don't understand why they use colorant to enhance the color of the salmon of it is fished from the ocean.I am disappointed, I guess I need to stop buying since I am paying this amount of money to receive salmon free from any additives.

Keep stocked in my freezer. Taste, smell, texture are consistently great.
