I have a 10+ year old Plantronics CS50 headset that seems work as good as or better than the current models available, so I've continued to replace parts as needed. This battery replaces the original one that had I had for about 4.5 years before it started to swell and battery capacity had severely diminished.So far, it works well and the headset can now be used for several hours without recharging although I don't remember if it works as good as the original used to when it was new.

If you are looking for a good replacement battery - I have bought 3 - and this was the only one that worked VERY well. 10 hours of constant calls on my headset and it keeps going. The other two would last 6 or 7 hours max when brand new. Also this is the correct slim size. The other two were ever so slightly larger and a super tight fit in the battery compartment.

This is a great replacement for the Plantronics Savi w720 series. I have tested it for 5 hours and it still had 25% left, I assume it will make it about a full day. The install was about a 4/10, its a bit hard to get the old battery out, or was for me as it had swelled a little bit. $11 to bring an older $350 headset back to life easily worth it!

Not much to say, it’s a battery and my headset goes all day on a charge again like it used to. This has more capacity than the original Plantronics battery so lasts longer per charge too. Have been using it for over a month with no issues

Hadn't use my headset in over 3 years. Recently went back to work and my current position will require lots of phone work...saves me daily. Battery came quickly and easy to install. Highly recommended. Its only been installed for a couple of weeks. Hope to get many years of use.

Ended up buying the OEM battery. This didn't do any better than the worn out battery it replaced. OEM has been awesome. Check out OEM Part #202599-03

My original headset battery started dying after 2-3 hours, so I bought two of these after reading reviews that they don't last as long as the original. Well, they last longer. I'm a 10hr operator and my headset stays on and running the entire time. I'm very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Fit my Plantronic headset perfectly. Hopefully it lasts as long as the original which was about 10 years with nearly daily use sometimes 8 to 10 hours a day.
