What can I say? I'm happy with a black rubber Fitbit band, but my wife is not. She took a chance and ordered this for me to install. Installation was pretty easy, and there are PLENTY of spare links, so it should fit pretty much any wrist. Ease of adding and removing links was a real plus, when I initially made it way to big, then a bit too small. Now it's just right, but I put the extra links in my toolbox in case Goldilocks changes her mind.Installed it looks good and looks like it belongs rather than like an add-on. Price was reasonable, too.

I was skeptical at first because the price point seemed ridiculously low for something that wouldn’t turn my wrist that fun color of blackish-green that cheap metals always do or that would be even remotely durable but this little band has really impressed me. The metal still looks amazing and the band still functions the same way that it did the first day that I put it on.I had purchased a little watch tool-kit online years ago but couldn’t ever figure it out and always had to take my bands to the local jewelry store to have them remove the extra links in my new watches anyway, so when I opened the box and saw the little kit that’s included to adjust your own band, I was doubtful at best. The instructions are super easy and the kit is fantastic. I just popped a few links out, attached it to my Fitbit and was on my way.Great value and quality! Love the included tool-kit and the ease in which you can adjust the band and attach it to the device and looks so much more polished than the rubber one that comes with the Fitbit!

My only 'con' (and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is that it's fairly heavy; I have a noticeable (to me) dent in my left wrist from it so I switch it to my right wrist at night (if I wear it). Fairy easy to adjust and install (tools are provided), but I don't switch bands ever so can't speak to how it holds up to frequent band changes. Clasp mechanism is great (better than most, you pinch both sides and it releases easy-peasy). I've had it for quite some time (a year or more?) and there are not many scratches in it - and those it does have you can't really notice unless you're looking for them. Good product overall.

This is my third band for my Charge2. The previous 2 were the silicone rubber type. Each lasted about a year so I thought I would try something different. I liked the looks of the metal band, it is more like a traditional watchband. Hopefully since it is metal it will be more durable. I just received it today. The quality seems good. It took me about 10 minutes to remove links to get it to fit. (It took a couple of times to get the correct number of links.) As long as you take care and follow the instructions, it is not difficult to remove links. The tool is delicate but it comes with extra pin plungers should the bend. Of course, once this is adjusted you shouldn't have to use the tool again. The clasp is easy to fasten and release and appears to be sturdy. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but only time will tell if it is a durable band.

Exactly and everything I hoped for. I disliked the locking method of the built in plastic rubberized wristband for each notch. Difficult and inconvenient to lock in place, and to take off every day. This eliminates all that, making on and off trivial and somewhat "fun". Gives a classy professional metal band look and feel as expected. I first adjusted the band once, found I still made it one link too long, readjusted to remove a second time, and perfect fit. Easy although not trivial process to remove links. All tools included. Nice that they gave 5 of the pin removal tools, now using the extras as a cellphone SIM card removal tools, gave them to friends. Good value is icing on the cake.

This wasn't too difficult to install. Love the look, much more modern! And the weight is nice, not too heavy and not too light! I did have to remove four links, but the fit is perfect!!!! Not too tight, not too loose! When you remove the pins to resize the band, pay attention to the arrows! Make sure they are pointing down. Otherwise the pins are very difficult to get back in. (again, that was only because I didn't have the arrow pointing down) other then that little mistake, it was extremely easy to do. With my reading glasses and headlamp on. Ha ha haSnapping the band onto the watch was a bit trickier. Watch a video on you tube first. One side clicked right in, the other side needed a bit of "rocking" side to side. It didn't click like the other side, but the lever did pop back so I know it's locked in correctly. I'm very happy with this band, and would buy it again!

This watchband cost me my $120 fitbit. Please beware when purchasing this band! I loved this band when I got it. It was easy to adjust to my wrist. The clasp is connected so the watch encircles you like a bracelet. Maybe this is why I got complacent. None of my other fitbit bands had ever come apart at the fitbit. But this watchband did. I wore it for a few days and looked down to see it in my lap. It had popped off at the fitbit. I re-attached it and made certain that it was firmly attached. I wore it through performances and sleep and it stayed firmly attached a few more days. On my way home from a trip I looked at my wrist to realize my fitbit was not there. I could still see the indentation of the watchband on my wrist but it was gone. The watchband had separated at the fitbit and my $120 watch was gone, probably at the last rest stop that was about 30 minutes behind us on the dark highway. I've tried to retrieve it but it's gone. This watch band cost me my fit bit. I didn't even have the band on for a week. The company did not respond to my email about it so they might know about the defect but be very careful! It could be an expensive mistake. I can't even get my money back because I have nothing to return.

This is a very nice quality band, but it did not come with the link removal tool as specified in the features section so I’m only giving it 3 stars. But if you’re looking for a quality band at good value, this is it.
