I bought these to help on my body coach journey following good reviews and overall I am pleased however, there are a few niggly points I wish I would have known.1. When doing exercises that rely on me pushing my weight on them - press ups, renegade rows etc the weights locks loosen and you need to keep tightening them up after each round. I do HIIT workouts so it’s annoying to have to keep tightening when I’m trying to find my lungs before I’m being killed in another move.2. You can put a few different weights on each end of the dumbbells which is good as it allows being able to put extra weight but I found this means the bar is quite long so when I’m doing shoulder presses the two dumbbells knock into each other causing me to wobble. Possibly not an issue if you have a stronger arm and can hold them steady?3. It comes with 4 2kg, 4 1.5kg & 4 1.25kg for me this means I’m slightly restricted on how I increase my weights as I move through my exercise programme and once I reach 9.5kg across the two dumbbells that’s it - which yes I should have realised before I bought them and done the maths but I didn’t. I started with 4kg on each and found I was good to move up a weight and wanted 6kg on each but had to go with an odd weight of either 5.5 or 6.5 or much higher of 7 which is a much bigger weight jump. My exercise programme encourages an increase of weights as the months go on, this means I may only get 3-6 months out of these weights unless I buy more. If you have no intention to increase weights beyond 9.5kg then this wouldn’t be an issue.Those are the niggly bits for me.Good points:They’re comfortable - I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands and fingers don’t hurt using them.I like the fact you get a kettle bell with it and can make a large bar if I wanted to do full bar weight lifting.Arrived well packed and no damage.For the price you feel you have your moneys worth - they feel and look well made.Would I recommend yes. Would I buy again? No and that’s purely becuase I get annoyed at the bar being too long and knocking, I’d rather buy the steel ones and not swap weights around but that’s purely personal preference and nothing on the actual product.

Great set. Easy to assemble. No issues

I received everything except one of the smallest weights. Otherwise, the quality of the product was as expected for the price point. The fastenings slip sometimes and need to be tightened, but it is not drastic or ridiculous.

The overall construction and use is good for starting, the addition multi use is very good. Although, for use as a kettle weight could do with an additional weight locking nut to remove movement of the weights when being used.

Everything was ok , till I realise that sand was coming out of the weightsTry to contact the company , but the answer was that they couldn’t send the 4 plates that the sand was coming off , but they prefer the refound 5%😡

I specifically ordered this item because it was amazing for the value. It had only arrived today and only got 3 weights out of the whole set! Extremely unhappy
