There are other health benefits as well, cholesterol and glucose control, etc. This one is an affordable alternative to the expensive weight-loss fibre supplements on the market.As a weight loss supplement.I am only taking 1 teaspoon before each meal.It does help maintain weight.This is in powder form.It mixes well and tastes good.The package, however, did not have those plastic spoons advertised.

This product was recommended to by my mother for weight lose. I started using this product three weeks ago and I and happy with the result.

I have been using Metamucil for almost a year now and love it, but I must say I was a little disappointed to see that the advertised spoon was not included in what I received.

I absolutely love this - however it is so overpriced.This product is $18 in Canada which is about £10. How in the hell this seller can justify selling it for £77 I don’t know.This has gone up in price literally monthly. Originally it was about £36.99. Now it’s double.Like what the hell.

This is a great product for horrible price. Since the seller selling it more than £36.99 by increasing the price monthly not worth to buy it here. I just ordered it from amazon.com where I pay much less with shipping.
