I am leaving a honest review. I used them faithfully for a month put them on before bed for a full 8 hours. And nothing no weight loss no extra energy didn’t help with sleep. The little sticky patch falls off in the middle of the night but the little thing stays in your belly button. I really wanted the to work. But they don’t so save your money and time.

I don't know what it is about them but they are hard they're not soft the one in the Redbox is solved this one is no good

I have had the patches for about a month. I haven’t lost any additional weight or slimmed down. However, I do have digestive issues and I find that my stomach feels calmer and less agitated when wearing the patches. I also have less feelings of bloat after eating if placed during the day. Don't buy. I have herd from other videos that it leads them to a lot of itchiness, I just thought they might of got an allergic reaction, but it was not that. I checked with my doctor and said these don't work, whatever I was putting was making it worse but it was not an allergic reaction.
