NSL2216-P Montecito Native Stone Drop-in Bathroom Sink, Pearl

I received the first sink with a chipped corner and a chip in the bowl. The company took some time and finally agreed to replace the sink and would pay the shipping costs to send the other back which would’ve been $80 for me after a debate.The second sink we received also had an imperfection in the drain area. My husband installs counters and cabinet tops for a living and had to drill out the drain hole further in order to fit a drain and plug because this product is handmade.The sink absorbs water and you can see a ring around the sink or it’s soaks it up. You can see that in the pictures that I have posted. Water also pools in the bottom of the sink and doesn’t fully drain off because of the design.It looks absolutely stunning but for all the problems that we are continuing to have it’s not worth the money. We cannot replace it with a different sink because of the hole we had to cut out of the quartz countertop and the caulking you have to put around the edge of the sink May stay in the quartz if you remove it. I was planning to order a second matching sink for the main house bathroom but have decided against it because it’s too easy to chip etc.The only reason why this is getting a second star is because it still is my favorite look.

This is a great product. I have purchased them several times over the years and been totally satisfied. The product is beautiful and the service & support from the manufacturer and the Posh House distributor is superb. These are great people to do business with.

For the money nothing special came with chips and after 5 emails I still could not get answers on how to fix chips. Don't buy without having it in your hands.

I ordered two slate sinks for my bathroom. They arrived promptly and packed very secure for shipping. I am thrilled with the way that they look. Very unique. I would definitely recommend them and would order them again.
